General Hospital Recap November 6: Sonny’s Spy Scheme Exposed, Ava & Drew Under Suspicion, Jason Rejects Shady Deal!

General Hospital recaps for Friday, November 6, reveal Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) grew suspicious of Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) while Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) interrupted Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) date.

Jason Turned Down Serena’s So-Called Deal

At Bobbie’s, Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) offered Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) a deal: she would tell police she saw Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) at the Metro Court around the time Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) disappeared if Jason returned Deception’s creative control to Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring).

Jason refused, unwilling to risk Carly’s future by having Serena lie under oath. Serena continued pressing her case for Deception.

Their conversation ended when Jason received a call from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Before leaving, he told Serena to stay out of the situation.

Tristan Grew Suspicious Of Ava And Drew

Drew invited Ava to the Metro Court restaurant to celebrate Carly and Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) arrests.

Believing they were in the clear, Drew said they could focus on bringing down Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Ava remained concerned that evidence might link them to Jack’s death and warned Drew that if she were exposed for what happened to Brennan, he would be exposed too.

Nearby, Tristan met with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and told her about his visit with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

Willow hoped her mother would soon be released, believing Carly and Valentin’s arrests made their guilt obvious.

As they discussed the PCPD’s theory, Tristan spotted Ava and Drew huddled at another table and grew suspicious.

Molly And Dante Interrogated Carly

In the PCPD interrogation room, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) told Carly that their investigation traced the virus that disabled the hotel’s security cameras on the night Jack vanished to her office computer.

Carly calmly said she already knew and had told the PCPD and WSB, but Dante said he hadn’t heard that.

Molly and Dante then accused her of protecting Valentin and urged her to turn against him, arguing a deal was her best option for Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears).

Carly insisted that neither she nor Valentin had anything to do with Jack’s death.

She said no one could prove it, and Molly’s evidence was all circumstantial.

Tristan Arrived To Talk To Dante, Carly Kept Danny And Charlotte’s Secret

After Dante left for the squad room, Molly presented the evidence against Carly and Valentin and urged Carly to protect herself.

Carly said implicating Valentin would mean perjury and asked whether police were considering other suspects.

When Molly pressed her for names, Carly kept quiet about Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) seeing Ava and Drew at the hotel.

Meanwhile, Tristan arrived at the PCPD and told Dante he believed the wrong people had been arrested.

Serena also arrived, pausing as if she changed her mind before opening the station doors.

Lulu Interrupted Ric And Liz’s Date

Back at the Metro Court, Ric monitored Hudson and Josslyn through the bug he’d hidden in Hudson’s briefcase.

But he tossed the earpiece aside when Elizabeth arrived for their date.

Liz thanked Ric for staying at her house on Halloween night after she was called into work.

Yet her thoughts drifted to her close encounter with Dante and the moment she’d been tempted to kiss him.

Lulu dropped into their booth and pleaded with Liz to persuade Willow to withdraw the libel suit, arguing that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) was giving Willow bad advice by encouraging her to proceed.

Liz was reluctant to get involved, but Ric urged her to talk to Willow on Lulu’s behalf.

Willow Turned Liz’s Questions Around On Her

While Ric and Lulu argued about Lulu’s attempt to use Elizabeth to handle her dirty work, Liz reluctantly asked Willow whether filing the lawsuit was really in her best interest.

She pressed further, wondering if she was pursuing it simply because Chase wanted her to.

Willow turned the question back on Elizabeth: Why had Ric supported her efforts when they were supposed to benefit his client?

Did Ric truly love Liz, Willow asked, or was he only interested in what Liz could do for him?

Stunned by the question, Liz shook her head in disbelief.

Jason Got An Earful From Alexis

Alexis told Danny that she knew he and Charlotte had found Brennan’s body; she also passed along Valentin’s request for Danny to contact Charlotte.

Admitting that he should have dealt with the situation another way, Danny considered coming clean, but Alexis warned that doing so now could make it seem as though he was protecting Valentin and Carly.

Danny called Charlotte and later told Alexis that Charlotte had agreed to keep quiet unless Valentin asked her to speak.

Later, Alexis met with Jason and blamed him for the way Danny mishandled the discovery of Jack Brennan’s body.

Jason really got an earful from Alexis!

Josslyn Found Ric’s Bug

Josslyn and Hudson discovered that Jude Jacks (Wil Traval) had once worked for JJE, though important details were missing from his file and needed clarification.

Hudson also revealed that Sonny had attempted to recruit him with an offer, but he had refused.

Joss was frustrated that Hudson had waited to tell her and emphasized that Jude’s arrival in town did not mean she intended to back down from Sonny.

After sweeping Hudson’s briefcase with a device, she found Ric’s bug—and stomped it with her foot and crushed it, exactly like her own mother had done to evidence that she, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) had on Sonny several years earlier!

After realizing Sonny had been able to hear all their conversations since the day Ric planted the bug, an enraged Josslyn resolved to gain the advantage with her next move.

Josslyn finding Ric’s bug was quite a moment! I can’t wait to see what she does now that she knows Sonny has been listening. And Tristan growing suspicious of Ava and Drew could finally turn Brennan’s investigation in the right direction!
