General Hospital Recap October 16: Lulu’s Risky Scheme, Britt’s Explosive Meltdown & Trina’s Stalker Shocker!

General Hospital recaps for Friday, October 16, reveal that Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) stalker may have been revealed, while Aussie mystery man Jude (Wil Traval) arrived in town.

Plus, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) advised Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) about her libel suit.

Trina’s Stalker Revealed?

A computer played Trina’s latest track, and her stalker’s shrine displayed a fresh invoice from the flower shop documenting the roses delivered to her with the message, “From Your Biggest Fan.”

Meanwhile, Quinn (Jequan Jackson) stepped in to help when Trina experienced vehicle trouble while departing the Jerome Gallery.

There had already been questions about whether Quinn sabotaged Trina’s car, making his sudden offer to help even more suspicious.

During the drive to her residence, Quinn enthusiastically praised Trina’s recent song and the bouquet she’d gotten at the Cat’s Eye Lounge.

Instead of taking Trina straight home, Quinn insisted on a quick stop at his sister’s residence.

Upon arrival, Trina was shocked to find the space decorated for romance, complete with flickering candles and rose petals covering the mattress!

“Quinn, what’s going on here?” she asked urgently.

“Do you like it?” he responded. Trina appeared distressed.

Lucas Helps Joe Dress Down Before The Brown Dog Gathering

Before Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) joined Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) at the GH staff gathering at the Brown Dog, Lucas helped his roommate choose a more relaxed outfit.

At the establishment, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) received an enthusiastic greeting from Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and a noticeably cool reception from Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer).

She suddenly noticed Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) arriving. He spotted her too and promptly left.

Tristan later approached Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) to ask about Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and was pleased to learn she was in good health.

Meanwhile, Joe asked Isaiah about potential medication side effects on Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Isaiah mentioned that, based on his direct interactions with Sidwell, he wouldn’t rely on anything the man claimed.

Elizabeth And Dante Are Happy To See Each Other

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) beamed with joy when they spotted each other.

Dante promptly grabbed her a beer just as Jason arrived to meet him.

After a quick word with Jason about Jake Webber (Hudson West), who was thrilled to celebrate Halloween in Spain with his friends, Liz stepped back to let the men talk.

Dante and Jason then put their heads together to devise a strategy for reconciling Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).

Dante proposed that Rocco assist Danny around the Quartermaine property.

Britt Is Triggered And Begins Lashing Out

Dante thanked Jason for the sacrifice he made by taking responsibility for Rocco during Cullum’s shooting incident.

Jason redirected the praise toward Britt, who happened to be listening nearby.

This remark triggered an emotional response from Britt, who unleashed her frustration at Jason for acknowledging her role in safeguarding Rocco while simultaneously refusing to trust her account regarding Anna.

Britt’s outburst stopped abruptly when Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) entered, insisting Jason provide his electronic signature on an urgent Deception contract.

Reluctant to sign without thoroughly reviewing the document, Jason and Serena headed back to the Deception office.

The Party Moves To Joe And Lucas’ Apartment

Frustrated by Jason’s departure, Britt attempted to provoke a confrontation with Elizabeth.

Exasperated by Britt’s behavior, the hospital staff, along with Dante, decided to move the celebration to Lucas and Joe’s place.

At the apartment, Dante and Elizabeth’s connection deepened and grew stronger.

In the meantime, Britt was left by herself at the Brown Dog. She returned to the bar, sitting down alone.

Hudson And Josslyn Clash With Gio And Emma

After Ric ejected him from Volonino’s, Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) headed to Aurora Wellness.

There, he met Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).

They heard Josslyn’s cutting remark about Sonny, which sparked yet another confrontation between Emma and Josslyn.

Beyond their disagreement over Josslyn’s negative view of Sonny, Emma accused Josslyn of being a privileged nepo baby.

After Gio escorted Emma away, Hudson assured Josslyn he rejected Emma’s criticisms.

Gio Has Second Thoughts As The Aussie Mystery Man Arrives

Following her confrontation with Josslyn, Emma and Gio made their way to the Brown Dog.

There, Gio opened up about his immediate urge to stand up for Sonny when he’d heard Josslyn’s disparaging remarks about his grandfather.

Now, Gio found himself questioning whether Sonny was being truthful regarding his involvement – or lack thereof – in the assault on Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Sidwell.

Across the room at the bar, a stranger caught Britt’s attention by sending her a drink.

The mysterious man, Jude (Wil Traval), approached her with charm and, speaking with an Australian accent, remarked, “I’ve simply never witnessed a woman command a room quite like that. Naturally, I had to come meet you.”

Ric Advises Lulu

Lulu visited Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) residence for legal guidance on her libel case, only to find Ric there instead.

Intrigued, Ric promptly canceled his hospital mixer appointment with Elizabeth and volunteered to take on Lulu’s case.

The situation had already escalated when Willow threatened Lulu over her article, making Ric’s offer especially timely.

He acknowledged that Sidwell’s voice sounded credible in Lulu’s recording but questioned why Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) hadn’t corroborated the claims featured in her article.

Believing Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) had knowledge that confirmed Sidwell’s accusations, Ric recommended that Lulu bluff Willow.

His reasoning was straightforward: if Lulu showed she was ready to pursue litigation with Ric representing her, Willow would likely reconsider and withdraw the lawsuit.

However, Willow’s lawsuit could backfire and expose her secrets if Lulu’s evidence holds up.

Annemarie’s Take

Quinn’s romantic surprise certainly raises some red flags! Trina thought she was getting a ride home, not walking into a bedroom covered in rose petals. Could Quinn really be the person stalking her?

Meanwhile, Ric’s advice could be exactly what Lulu needs, but bluffing Willow is risky. If Willow refuses to back down, this legal battle could get even messier!

And what about Britt’s mysterious new admirer? Jude certainly knows how to make an entrance!
