General Hospital recaps for Tuesday, October 27, reveal WSB Station Chief William Baines (Alimi Ballard) updated Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) confronted Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
Plus, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) gave Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) an ultimatum.
Key Takeaways
- Baines warns Dante to stay out of Brennan’s investigation
- Sonny confronts Alexis and vows to prove his innocence
- Ava faces questions about Brennan’s disappearance
- Danny demands that Rocco break up with Scout
- Nina is revealed as a WSB prisoner

Baines Updated Dante
Baines made a visit to the PCPD to inform Dante that, following Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) published piece, the WSB had reopened its examination of Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) disappearance.
He then cautioned that the local police force should remain uninvolved.
Subsequently, Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) approached Dante with his own inquiries regarding Brennan.
Believing Jack’s disappearance held secrets Baines hadn’t disclosed, Dante chose to establish a case file despite Baines’s prior warning.
Joe subsequently expressed his suspicion that Ava Jerome (Maura West) played a role in the matter.
Drew Made A Proposal To Portia
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) reached out to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), proposing a partnership to support Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) appeal through a Banner interview, yet she hesitated about becoming entangled in anything connected to him.
Afterward, she voiced concerns to Curtis about his confidence in Drew, though Curtis demonstrated openness to collaborating with his former associate if it would facilitate his freedom.
Portia consented to participate, though she sought Curtis’s commitment that he would honor her bond with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and his significance in Desmond Ashford’s (Avaiah Yireh Lafond) upbringing.
Curtis responded with reluctant acceptance, pledging to honor those conditions.
Ava Confided In Lucas, Baines Cornered Ava
At General Hospital, Ava confided in Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) that Joe had been asking questions about Brennan’s disappearance, and she requested that her nephew advocate for her with his roommate.
Although Lucas was hesitant to meddle in Joe’s investigation, he believed it made sense to steer Joe in the right direction, given his strong focus on the Brennan case.
Baines subsequently intercepted Ava near the elevator bank to inquire about her time spent with Jack during his final night in Port Charles.
Just as Ava was about to answer, Portia stepped in and prevented any additional questioning.
Baines cautioned Ava that she would soon be contacted by the WSB.

Portia Asked Ava About Drew, And Lucas Talked To Joe About Ava
Portia expressed concern about Ava’s recent connection with Drew, emphasizing that he couldn’t be relied upon.
When Portia suggested that Drew must have hidden intentions for assisting Curtis, Ava recalled discovering that Curtis had been an unintended victim in the operation they had orchestrated against Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
Ava explained to Portia that she and Drew had discovered shared values in their desire to safeguard their daughters, yet Portia advised her to remain cautious around him.
With Brennan’s disappearance placing Ava under increasing scrutiny, her connection to Drew could become even more dangerous.
In the meantime, when Lucas attempted to convince Joe to stop questioning Ava regarding Brennan, Joe recognized that Ava had disclosed their conversation to her nephew.
Interpreting this as a troubling indicator, Joe informed Lucas that an investigation was now underway and that Ava had been the final person to see Brennan.

Sonny Confronted Alexis, Gio Visited Curtis, Then Dante Warned Him
Sonny confronted Alexis at her office about her silence following the Pentonville attacks.
While she didn’t seek confirmation of his involvement in Curtis and Sidwell’s assaults, she expressed genuine hope for his innocence.
Sonny valued her openness and vowed to prove himself.
Meanwhile, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) visited Curtis with a theory that Sonny might have been framed.
Though Curtis maintained Sonny’s guilt, he respected Gio’s defense and agreed not to mention the conversation to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to preserve their creative partnership.
Later, Gio met with his father, Dante, at his office, their first encounter since their argument at Sonny’s house.
Dante was relieved Gio had moved out, but Gio questioned whether they’d judged Sonny too hastily, noting how devastated Sonny was by their disbelief.
Dante cautioned that Gio risked heartbreak once he discovered Sonny’s deception.

Danny’s Ultimatum
Danny exploded upon discovering Rocco and Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) kissing in the stables.
He claimed Rocco was exploiting his sister, triggering another confrontation between the boys while Scout found herself caught between them.
Distressed by Danny’s response, Scout departed hastily to meet Drew.
Danny threatened to reveal Rocco and Scout’s relationship to Drew, but Rocco countered that this would only hurt Scout.
Danny agreed to remain silent on one condition: Rocco must end things with Scout.
He then exited the stables, leaving Rocco facing a difficult decision.
As Rocco and Scout’s secret romance threatens to unravel, Danny’s ultimatum could create even more family drama.
Ava Lawyered Up
After her interactions with Baines and Portia at the hospital, Ava headed to the Port Charles Grill.
At the bar, she noticed Drew and Scout discussing Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) at a nearby table.
She immediately phoned Alexis, announcing she was calling in a favor.

Meanwhile, at a WSB holding facility connected to the local office, Baines entered a secure room and approached a table.
“It appears we may have acted hastily,” he told the prisoner, revealed to be Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), who sat handcuffed and visibly worn.
The revelation added another shocking twist to the ongoing WSB investigation into Brennan’s disappearance.
Annemarie’s Take
Well, I have to say I’m with Gio on this one! I still believe Sonny was framed, and I’m glad someone in his family is willing to question what really happened.
Dante seems so convinced his father is guilty, but I think he’s going to regret doubting him. And Danny? I understand wanting to protect Scout, but giving Rocco an ultimatum is only going to make things worse!
As for Ava, I think she’s finally starting to realize just how much trouble she’s in. Joe is asking the right questions, and I can’t wait for the truth about Brennan to come out.
But seeing Nina handcuffed and looking so defeated was quite a cliffhanger. I really hope she gets the chance to clear her name!
