General Hospital recaps for Tuesday, September 1 reveal Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) moved Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) body.
In the meantime, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) searched Jack’s room, and two couples had a double date.
Key Takeaways:
- Drew and Ava pull Brennan from the pool and secretly move his body in a laundry cart.
- Charlotte discovers her bracelet is missing, unaware it’s caught on Brennan’s clothing.
- Jason and Carly search Brennan’s room and realize someone got there before them.

Charlotte And Danny Left The Pool, Ava Was Frantic To Drew
Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) were horrified to discover Jack Brennan’s lifeless body floating in the Metro Court pool.
Danny feared that Drew might leverage this situation against him. Danny hesitated to contact the authorities, prompting the two to escape the scene.
Meanwhile, in Jack’s hotel room, a frantic Ava was anxious about Brennan’s potential return and urged Drew to leave. But he insisted on staying until he could locate the incriminating evidence Jack had against him.

Drew And Ava Moved Jack’s Body
Eventually, Ava managed to persuade Drew to exit, and they made their way to the pool deck, where they were shocked to find Jack’s body face up in the water.
Ava instantly panicked, worried that Jack’s death would be linked to her, especially since Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) had seen them together at the Metro Court Gardens
She swore to take Drew down with her. The duo retrieved Jack’s body from the pool and placed it into a laundry cart.
After covering the corpse with a stack of pool towels, Ava and Drew opted to use the service elevator to transport him to the garage for disposal.

Danny And Charlotte Barged In On Rocco And Scout
At the Quartermaine boathouse, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) were deepening their bond as he suggested she enroll in a Speech & Debate class at school.
This would boost her confidence and aid her in winning arguments with her dad.
Meanwhile, Danny, flustered and accompanied by Charlotte, lamented that he had been so preoccupied with Brennan’s lifeless body that he accidentally damaged Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) truck.
He mentioned they had ‘borrowed’ the truck without permission. As Danny urged Charlotte to keep their secret about what they witnessed, Scout and Rocco appeared, confronting the two about their suspicious actions.
Scout Became Upset, Charlotte Noticed Her Bracelet Was Missing
Scout was upset when Charlotte revealed that Danny had damaged Chase’s truck, saying it was another reason for her dad to keep them apart.
An angry Danny snapped at Drew, hurting his sister’s feelings-the group erupted into a fierce argument, with Charlotte defending Danny and Rocco backing Scout.
In the end, a tearful Scout shared her pain about choosing between her brother and father, leading Rocco to take her home.
Danny felt guilty for upsetting her, admitting his anger came from the shock of finding the dead body and wrecking Chase’s truck. Suddenly, Charlotte panicked when she noticed her bracelet was gone, and the scene changed to show it snagged on Jack’s sleeve!
Carly And Jason Searched Jack’s Room
Upon discovering that the hotel’s security system had been turned off and the alarm was not functioning, Carly decided to reach out to Jason for assistance in uncovering the reason behind this alarming situation.
When Jason arrived and quickly deduced that a highly advanced virus had been introduced via Carly’s office computer, they began to speculate whether the shutdown of the system could be linked to a certain VIP guest-specifically, WSB Chief Jack Brennan.
With a sense of urgency, Carly and Jason made their way to Jack’s room, only to find it empty. However, Jason observed that the room had clearly been rummaged through, raising further suspicions about what had transpired there.

Ric Talked With Lulu On The Way To His Double Date With Elizabeth And Portia And Isaiah
Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) caught Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) off guard by organizing a double date with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) at the Metro Court.
His intention was to help her forget about missing Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) performance that evening, which Trina had requested for space.
On his way to meet Elizabeth, a concerned Ric stopped by Haven Bistro to seek advice from Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), aiming to avoid leaving a negative impression on Elizabeth’s work friends. Lulu suggested that he simply be himself.
Dante And Lulu Talked About Their Helicopter Parenting
Just as Ric was leaving, Dante arrived, and Lulu smiled, noting that she had come to see that his uncle wasn’t as bad as he used to be-at least not anymore.
He updated her on his discussion with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) regarding Rocco. Lulu concurred that they were being overly protective and needed to ease up on their hovering over Rocco.
Reflecting on how their own parents had allowed them to make mistakes during their teenage years, Lulu and Dante resolved to grant Rocco the same freedom-while also being there to support each other throughout the process.
Lulu expressed hope that if they approached the situation correctly, Rocco would feel less inclined to confide in Britt and would instead turn to them. Charlotte didn’t come up in their conversation, however.

The Two Couples Enjoyed Their Double Date
On a lively double date with Portia and Isaiah, Ric and Liz found themselves in a light-hearted atmosphere-during the evening, Elizabeth casually mentioned that she had received some additional softball coaching from Dante.
This revelation caused Ric to feel a slight twinge of jealousy, but he quickly composed himself and managed to turn the moment into a joke, hoping that this extra training would provide his team with some genuine competition in the upcoming season.
Meanwhile, Isaiah took a moment to express his apologies to Ric for having to drop the civil suit, but Ric appreciated the doctor’s decision, understanding that it was best not to exacerbate an already difficult situation.
As the night unfolded, both couples enjoyed a delightful evening filled with laughter and camaraderie.

Trina And Gio Met With Brook Lynn And Simon
Before their debut at the Cat’s Eye Lounge in Rochester, Trina and Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) met with Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) and Simon Craft (Grady Eldridge).
Simon still wanted them to act like a couple. Josslyn arrived to support Trina, followed by Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel), who was instructed by his new boss to meet her there.
Hudson was frustrated that Joss wanted to discuss JJE business at the club. This led to a bickering session over the contracts he needed her to review and sign.
Brook Lynn And Simon Argued
Brook Lynn argued with Simon, stating that Trina and Gio had undeniable chemistry and didn’t need to pretend to be a couple. Simon maintained that he only wanted their success, remarking that Trina was destined to be a star.
When Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner), Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup), and Quinn (Jequan Jackson) arrived, Simon cautioned Kai not to hinder Trina.
Meanwhile, Quinn expressed gratitude to Emma for the invitation and vowed to move past the tension with Trina.
With Emma’s encouragement, Gio thanked Brook Lynn for reigniting his passion for music, leading to a heartfelt hug between mother and son.

Trina’s Stalker Added Another Photo To His Collection
Following that, Simon took the opportunity to introduce Trina and Gio to the audience.
Their first performance was greeted with an enthusiastic wave of applause that filled the room. Meanwhile, Simon and Quinn slipped away just before the next song began.
This left Josslyn to playfully tease Hudson about how much he was actually enjoying the show, despite his usual reservations.
As Trina and Gio poured their hearts into their performance, Josslyn’s devoted fan couldn’t resist the urge to add a new photo from the Cat’s Eye performance to the ever-growing collection displayed on the corkboard.
