‘General Hospital’ Recap September 14: Britt Dumps Jason, Joss Reports Anna & Nina Becomes A Suspect

General Hospital recaps for Monday, September 14 reveal Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) broke up, and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) questioned Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

Plus, at her Metro Court office, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) proposed a deal to Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel).

Britt And Jason Argued Over Anna

Jason and Britt’s confrontation over Anna intensified at the boathouse. Jason accused Britt of failing to rescue Anna, who he believed was driven to hold Britt at gunpoint due to the mental torment she suffered while captive at Wyndemere.

Britt countered, claiming she was also a victim of Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).

Britt claimed Cullum whisked Anna away before she could devise a plan to save her. Their argument reached a stalemate, as Jason refused to accept Britt’s account.

Britt Broke Up With Jason

Fuming that Jason was defending Anna instead of supporting her, Britt challenged him, asking if he would have helped Anna cover up a murder had he arrived at Mount Emerson sooner.

Jason retorted that Britt needed to believe Anna was capable of murder to ease her own guilt, insisting that Anna would never go through with it.

“You need to believe that,” Britt shot back, ”Otherwise, you’d have to face the fact that your friend is unstable and dangerous-and she would have killed someone you claim to love!”

Heartbroken by their lack of trust, Britt ended her relationship with Jason. Later, Jason found Carly at the Metro Court and confessed that he and Britt were over, revealing that he trusted Carly more than Britt.

Anna Confided In Tristan, Tristan Reached Out To Britt

After her initial therapy session, Anna confided in Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) about her battle with PTSD-she sought his expertise as a former operative, hoping to avoid being admitted to a WSB facility for treatment.

Tristan, recalling a past mistake where he prioritized bureau policy over someone’s well-being, decided to help Anna.

He checked her heart, officially becoming her doctor, which meant he couldn’t disclose her medical information to the WSB; Tristan assured Anna of his support if she ever needed it.

Later, Tristan reached out to Britt and inquired if she required medical assistance after her encounter with Anna- Britt was reliving Anna’s outburst.

That was about being tortured by Cullum and Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) and her altercation with Jason;  Britt insisted to Tristan that nothing had occurred, claiming Anna must have fabricated her story.

Josslyn Questioned Anna

Josslyn arrived at Anna’s condo wanting to talk; to protect her grandmother, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) insisted Josslyn leave, but Josslyn stood her ground, leading to a confrontation.

When Anna returned and saw Josslyn, she realized it was time for a discussion and sent Emma on an errand- Josslyn mentioned she had heard Britt’s perspective and wanted to know Anna’s side.

After Anna revealed her PTSD, Josslyn shared that she had been held captive in the same room and found hope in Anna’s writings on the wall.

Fighting tears, Josslyn expressed her desire not to add to Anna’s suffering; however, Anna urged Josslyn to follow WSB protocol, which required the bureau to manage the care of an agent in distress.

When Emma came back, Anna informed her that they had talked about Josslyn’s duty to report to the WSB, but Josslyn was still undecided-Emma hoped Josslyn would choose not to report her.

Nina Realized She Was A Suspect, Josslyn Reported Anna

WSB Field Office Chief William Baines (Alimi Ballard) confronted Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) at the Metro Court Gardens regarding Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) disappearance.

Initially, Nina believed Jack was on a WSB assignment. When Baines questioned her about their public argument and her threat to ruin Brennan, she admitted to their romantic involvement, dismissing it as a lovers’ quarrel.

However, when Baines revealed that the WSB hadn’t heard from Jack since that night, Nina realized she was a suspect and insisted on having her lawyer present before speaking further-Baines cautioned her not to leave town.

Later, Baines met with Josslyn, who told him that Anna was getting help from a civilian therapist after experiencing a mental breakdown.

Carly Made A Proposal To Hudson

Joss sent Hudson to Carly’s office to arrange office space for JJE; he expressed his frustrations about working for Josslyn and how his return to Australia kept getting delayed.

Hudson felt it was time for another JJE member to help Josslyn in Port Charles. Thinking Hudson was a good influence on her daughter, Carly proposed a secret deal to keep him in town, which he agreed to consider.

Happy with the potential outcome, Carly decided Josslyn could have the suite above Nina’s at Crimson, but insisted it needed a complete renovation, so she asked Hudson to ensure the contractor was very loud.

Later, Hudson called someone to share that he had an interesting talk with Carly and that they would be pleased with the results.

Molly Caught Up With Alexis, And Scout Joined In

After returning from her trip to Savannah with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) met up with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) at the Metro Court Gardens.

Alexis filled her daughter in on the worsening situation between her and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) came over to their table, having escaped from her babysitter.

She requested that they keep her visit a secret, and Alexis promised not to inform Drew. However, Molly worried that Drew might react negatively if he found out they had been with Scout; Alexis firmly stated that she was finished trying to placate Drew.

Serena And Cody Bonded

Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger) brought Outback to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) at the stables after discovering the dog near the nature preserve, allowing the siblings to bond more deeply.

She shared details about a bird watching and tracking project she was part of there, which is when she found the beagle.

Just as Serena expressed her happiness about returning to Port Charles, Mac and Felicia Scorpio (John J. York, Kristina Wagner) arrived to surprise Cody with dinner.

They insisted that Serena join them, and Mac and Felicia smiled, noting that Dominique Baldwin (Shell Danielson) would have been thrilled to see her children together.
