General Hospital Recap September 25: Prison Bloodbath, Monet’s Mystery & Josslyn Defies Michael

General Hospital recaps for Friday, September 25 revealed Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) got better acquainted, while Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) decided to send Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) to boarding school.

After briefly playing peek-a-boo with the infant, Hudson withdrew when Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard)  arrived. Chase revealed he’d moved back to be near Phoebe but hadn’t resolved their marital issues.

Brook Lynn quickly realized his lawyer had orchestrated the decision and felt betrayed that Chase viewed it as a legal tactic rather than a genuine effort to reconcile. She told Chase to enjoy time with his daughter and left, unable to face him.

Valentin Confides In Carly

Valentin informed Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) of his plan to enroll Charlotte in boarding school to prevent Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening)  from learning what their daughter had attempted against Drew Cain.

Carly persuaded him to disclose everything to Lulu. Meanwhile, Lulu invited Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)  to discuss Charlotte and Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) recent misbehavior.

Jason concurred the teenagers needed discipline, but before they could strategize, Valentin arrived to speak with Lulu.

Valentin Told Lulu About His Plan To Put Charlotte In Boarding School

Jason departed, and Valentin conceded that Lulu’s concerns about Charlotte’s reckless conduct were justified. He informed her of their daughter’s blackmail plot targeting Drew to assist Danny.

Valentin expressed regret for dismissing Lulu’s earlier warnings about Charlotte’s troubles and shared his proposal for boarding school.

Following his visit with Lulu, Jason stopped by Carly’s, where she recounted Charlotte’s recent actions

The longtime friends recognized echoes of their younger selves in Danny and Charlotte, with Jason anxious about Danny’s response should Charlotte’s parents pursue the boarding school plan.

Charlotte Lashed Out At Rocco

At the boathouse, an enraged Charlotte confronted Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) over his interference in her scheme to incriminate Drew.

Rocco defended himself, insisting he was protecting her from a life-altering mistake, but Charlotte accused him of playing hero for Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski).

When Lulu called summoning them home, Charlotte arrived alone and apologized to Lulu upon seeing Valentin, vowing never to repeat her actions.

She was stunned when her parents announced plans to send her to boarding school.

Josslyn Turned Michael Down As Jordan And Monet Had A Tense Exchange

At the Metro Court Gardens, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) asked Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to monitor Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Chase around the Quartermaine estate, hoping to catch them in an affair.

Josslyn refused, disgusted, and accused her brother of behaving like Drew by interfering in Brook Lynn’s marriage. Elsewhere, estranged sisters Jordan and Monet reunited after years apart in a tense exchange.

Monet taunted Jordan about her facial scars, and Jordan responded with bitter sarcasm, thanking her sister for the support after her near-fatal ordeal.

Jordan Questions Monet’s Motives

Jordan found it odd that Monet had moved to Port Charles to work at Miller & Davis. When Jordan asked if the relocation was about her, Monet dodged a straight answer.

“Since I’m living in your town now, you should know,” Monet said sharply. “It’s the least of what you deserve.”

After Monet left, Michael approached Jordan to learn about her sister, and questioned whether Monet came to reconnect, but Jordan doubted sisterhood was Monet’s real motive.

Hudson later found Josslyn and mentioned the friction he’d noticed between Brook Lynn and Chase.

Pentonville Attack Turns Brutal

At Pentonville, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) alerted Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to an impending assault. When Curtis urged Sidwell to seek protective custody from the warden, Sidwell chose to take his chances instead.

Moments later, Sidwell found himself alone as Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) associate and two fellow inmates burst into the cell and attacked him.

Curtis arrived just in time to intervene as one of the assailants was preparing to stab Sidwell, pulling him directly into the confrontation.

After both Sidwell and Curtis were left sprawled on the floor, Sonny’s associates departed; “Sonny Corinthos owes you this,” the ringleader declared menacingly. “And more.”

Justine Revealed Jordan Knew About Her And Sonny

When Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) revealed to Sonny that Jordan had witnessed their intimate kiss, the couple found themselves compelled to have a serious and thoughtful conversation about the nature of their relationship.

Justine expressed considerable uncertainty and hesitation about what kind of meaningful connection they could realistically maintain while operating under the constraints of secrecy.
