Welcome to your Monday June 1st ABC General Hospital recap – we begin our day at the 2016 Nurses Ball where Emma Drake (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) and Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) are singing a duet of “Don’t go breaking my heart.”

Backstage at the ball, Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) hears a faint cry from the closet – its Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) tied up. Epiphany unties her and tells her there is no way shes performing today.

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) looks at a laptop that has incriminating evidence about Ava – Carly says “Oh Ava, your ass is mine!”

On the red carpet, Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) spies Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) who has an extra ticket to the ball for her.

At the ball, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) corners Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) and says she has information about her shooting. Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) interrupts and drags her away before she can say anything.

General Hospital Recap & Spoilers: Lucas Jones finds his mother unconscious

Felix Dubois (Marc Samuels) asks Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) if he has misplaced his husband. Backstage we see Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) who has found his mother Bobbie Spencer (Jaclyn Zeman) unconscious. He insists on taking her to General Hospital (GH) right away.

Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is worried because she can’t find Lucas who is taking Bobbie to the hospital.

Carly confronts Ava at the ball – ABC Soap Spoilers

As Ava Jerome (Maura West) puts on lipstick, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) barges in and says shes going to give up custody of Avery. Carly shows part of a video on her phone of Ava getting kinky with the district attorney.

Carly sends the video to the DA who is pissed. He grabs Ava and they walk out where he yells at her for recording their sex act.

Franco comforts Jake On General Hospital

Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) tells little Jake that if he gets nervous before his performance to imagine the audience is quacking ducks.

Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) tells Jake Doe aka Jason (Billy Miller) that the more he remembers the more he will hate Franco.

Jake gets up on stage with Franco and sings his song as the crowd looks on adoringly.

General Hospital Nurses Ball Excitement!

Milo Giambetti (Drew Cheetwood) and some of the other GH men do their annual sexy striptease dance.

Ava attacks Carly in the bathroom for the flashdrive as they have a catfight. Eventually Ava flushes the hard drive but Carly says she has another copy!

A stranger with a syringe hovers over Bobbies hospital bed as Lucas suddenly walks in.
