Welcome to your Wednesday June 3rd General Hospital recap – we begin our day at the Nurses Ball where Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) is enjoying the ball but Ava Jerome (Maura West) is itching to leave. She gets up to leave and is stopped by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard).

Backstage – Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) gives her sister Kristina Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) a bouquet of flowers before her performance.

Elsewhere at the ball, Jake Doe (Billy Miller) finds the mysterious chimera necklace. Across the room Anna Devan (Finola Hughes) aks Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) where the chimera is.

General Hospital Nurses Ball Recap: Jake Webber has the Chimera project in a canister

Backstage at the ball, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) asks Jake Webber (Hudon West) whats in the canister. He says that it is magic and the surprise comes at the very end. Charlotte asks how the trick works and yells at her when she touches it.

GH Spoilers: Nelle is recovering in the hospital

At General Hospital (GH) , Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) makes a groaning noise as Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) asks if shes okay. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) arrives at the hospital and sits quietly next to her bed.

Sonny confronts Ava at the ball

Sonny manhandles Ava as she tells him to get off of her. He says he angry she made a donation in Morgans name and even angrier over what she did to him.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zampogna) interrupts them and asks what has happened. Sonny explains why he is livid and his pills were a higher milligram then normal.

ABC General Hospital Spoilers & Recap: Anna Devane is desperate to find the Chimera

Anna tells Valentin that the Chimera is lethal and they must find it. Valentin swears he sold it and its not a threat to anyone. Anna runs Into Andre Maddox who gives her the cold shoulder, she explains it was her sister Alex who was rude to him.

Lucy begins to announce the next acts

Led by Kristina Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) – Valerie Spener, and Emma Drake sing “Brave” in a big flash of lights. Anna and the entire room erupt in applause as they finish the act.

Backstage – Valentin approaches Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and says he wants to make a 7 figure donation. Valentin takes the stage – sits at the piano and sings “And So it Goes” by Billy Joel.

Jake Doe has the chimera necklace

Jake shows the necklace to Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and wonders if she knows her son Jake may have gotten it.

Ava worries that Sonny will find out what she did as Scotty assures her the secret is safe.

Josslyn Jax sings a solo song that Michael plays on his phone for an unconscious Nelle.

Emma and Charlotte open the box with the Chimera device inside as Valentin says he sold the Chimera to Helena Cassadine.
