‘General Hospital’ Recap Thursday, August 14: Drew Taunts Molly, Jordan’s Fortune, Stella Advocates, Ezra’s Threat

General Hospital recap is finally in for Thursday, August 14, 2025! In today’s episode, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) talks about her fortune.

Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) advocates for Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup). Plus, Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) threatens Laura Collins (Genie Francis).

Jordan Ashford’s Fortune

Jordan is at her new empty apartment. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) stops by with a gift basket. Jordan talks about having a pricey designer work on her place.

She can afford it now, Jordan says as Anna’s eyebrows arch up. Anna asks if Jordan’s plan has changed. She hasn’t seen a whiff of anything illegal while working for Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

Anna reminds her that Sidwell nearly had several people killed in South Africa. Jordan claims that if her lifestyle doesn’t match her income, then it could tip Sidwell off. Anna seems suspicious and thinks she should pull Jordan out.

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) stops by after Anna leaves to check out the apartment. Jordan is taking his offer on inspecting the place. She wants every inch inspected, which raises Curtis’ eyebrows. 

Portia Robinson’s Joy

Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) are talking about schedules. Curtis stops by to extend a special invitation to his wife.

A private tasting with some famous chef. Portia is super excited. She passionately kisses Curtis as a disappointed Isaiah watches. 

Later, Portia gushes about Curtis to Isaiah. The surgeon asks where Jordan fits into the picture.

Stella Henry Advocates

Stella and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) meet. Despite being warned, Stella has to play matchmaker. They talk about what happened with Kai.

Stella plays devil’s advocate while listening to the story. Trina just can’t get past the betrayal. Stella explains that Kai felt loyalty to both Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Trina.

He just leaned too much in one direction. Love isn’t black and white, Stella tells her. 

Kai and Drew are talking, but the politician is distracted. He has to redirect his focus to moving to DC permanently. Drew gives his version of the story about Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

Kai’s new job is to be Drew’s eyes and ears. This means everything, not just political stuff.

Ezra Boyle’s Threat

Laura and Ezra have a discussion about replacing the mayor. Laura is stunned! Later, she meets with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and doesn’t care who sees them together in public.

However, she wants to know if it’s true that he had Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) kidnapped.  Anna interrupts, so Sonny leaves. He goes over to meet with Justine Turner (Nanzeen Contractor).

She accuses him of following her. She brings up the expensive gift and threatens to file harassment charges. 

Back to Anna and Laura, they talk about Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). It’s better to be her friend than her enemy.

Ezra interrupts to announce Laura’s library initiative got enough votes to pass. Ezra accuses Laura of having Sonny bribe the councilmen. Anna and Laura make jokes while Ezra threatens to take the mayor’s position. 

Mysterious Delivery

Turner got a delivery, it was expensive bath and beauty products. Justine blames Sonny, but Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) comments that the gift seems kinda intimate.

Molly asks if the spa products are for her ankle. Justine needs to make things very clear with Sonny. Guess who walks in?!

Molly excuses herself and sits down with Drew to discuss Scout. She wants a compromise, but Drew says they are beyond that. They are moving to DC and that’s it.

He even taunts her by saying he plans to keep Scout away from her grandmother, who no longer has Scout’s best interest, along with Scout’s aunts – referring to Molly and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi).

Sonny and Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) stop by to chat with Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). After Donna exits, Sonny and Gio talk about Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) finding out about his real dad.

After time and patience, they got into a relationship. If Gio ever changes his mind, his parents will be there because they are amazing people.

Later, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) talks to Gio. They talk about children, parents, and Willow Tate (Katelyn MacMullen).

Dante wants to pull traffic cam footage to prove Willow was targeting Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) and Daisy Gilmore Corinthos (Brenden and Evelyn Biemford).

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) interrupts as they talk about making an arrest. They talk about Gio. BLQ thinks Dante needs to show Gio how great he is. Dante reasons this is an “us” thing, though.

Eventually, Dante gets BLQ to agree. Meanwhile, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) runs into Willow at the park. She tells him what happened with Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). Chase tells her about their adoption plans.

Then, he tells her about how the adoption has been put on hold because of how sensitive things are between BLQ and Gio (considering she put him up for adoption).
