'General Hospital' Recap Thursday, August 28: Curtis Confronts Drew, Portia's Passion, Tracy's Enemy AllianceGeneral Hospital recap is finally in for Thursday, August 28, 2025! In today’s episode, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) confronts Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) gives into passion with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). Also, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) make an enemy alliance. 

Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s Plea

At the police station, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) talks to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza). (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

They remember Camilla Palmieri’s funeral. BLQ is worried about their son. Dante isn’t sure how to help, but this is his chance to be a father. He takes off, presumably to find Gio.

Alexis Davis’ Legal Threat

Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) is still at the police station. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) tries to get in to see Stella, but the investigators won’t let her.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is there as well with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) trailing behind. They won’t let Alexis in either, so she reminds them of the law. She gets in to see her client.

Stella tells Alexis that she wasn’t arrested because of her actions. She was handcuffed because of who she is. 

After Alexis exits, she orders Sonny to stay out of this. She’s gonna make sure Drew pays! Trina enters and says she’s going to get answers. 

Portia Robinson’s Jealous Ranting

Over with Portia, she goes on a jealous rampage with Curtis over Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). Curtis reminds her his mother has been arrested!

Portia doesn’t care and makes it all about her. They bicker and fight. First about Jordan and Stella, then about Trina’s paternity. Curtis walks out. Their marriage is over.

Meanwhile, Jordan has news about Stella. She runs into Gannon, who warns that she should give Curtis space. Awww, he’s trying to help Portia. That’s sweet.

Gannon confronts her about her feelings for Curtis. The former commissioner insists no lines have been crossed. Gannon can see her feelings for Curtis even if she’s in denial. 

Curtis shows up, so Gannon takes off. Drew initiated the investigation into Stella, she says. Meanwhile, Gannon enters Portia’s office and they madly make out. They end up having office passion.

Martin Grey’s Proposition

Martin asks for Tracy’s help. She laughs and mocks him until he mentions it’s about Stella. Drew set off the investigation, he says. Tracy thinks Martin is a buffoon, but adores Stella. She will help. 

After Martin leaves, Brook Lynn vents about Gio. Dante went looking for their son. Meanwhile, Dante finds Gio at the chapel. Gio admits he just feels lost. Dante talks about Gio’s bond with his mom. The detective also apologizes for how he treated Gio before.

Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) visits Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). He made a move on Sonny. The lawyer told Drew about the judge being bribed. Sidwell totally freaks out and starts screaming that it was all part of the plan until he ruined it! Sidwell needs to get to the judge before Sonny does. 

Drew orders Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to apologize to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and bring the kids to see her. Joint custody and that’s the deal. If Michael doesn’t agree, there will be consequences. Michael tells Drew to get lost. 

Drew calls Willow and tells her he found a way to get the kids back. Suddenly, Curtis shows up and says, “This crusade needs to end or I will end you.”
