Serena Baldwin’s Return
At the Metro Court Garden, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) told Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) that she was upset Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) sold her shares to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) instead of her.
Soon after, Serena came home to Port Charles for a visit. She informed her Aunt Felicia that Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) was living in Key West and expressed excitement about meeting her brother, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
After Felicia left, Serena revealed to her mother that her trust fund was depleted. Lucy then asked Serena to help her regain control of Deception from the Quartermaines.
Jason Morgan’s Reunion Tour
Jason visited Anna, and they connected over their recent struggles. Anna shared that she was still trying to understand how Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) made her believe Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) was alive. T
he knowledge the Faison had about her could only come from someone close to him, like his child. Jason admitted he didn’t know Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) but insisted Britt was also a victim and not involved.
Anna remained skeptical about Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Theibaud) innocence but agreed to try to move on as Jason suggested. After Jason left, Peter August (Wes Ramsey) showed up and mocked Anna, claiming Cassius and Britt were to blame for her troubles.
He provoked her by saying that since Cassius was dead, the only way for Anna to protect her loved ones was to kill Britt!
Ava Jerome & Ethan Lovett Bond
At the Metro Court Pool, General Hospital recaps for July 30 note that Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Ethan Lovett (Christian Howard) grew closer as he encouraged her to explore their connection.
Surprised by Ethan’s interest in a relationship, Ava agreed to give it a try. When Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) arrived, she asked Ava about the spark between her and Ethan.
Although Ava was cautious due to past relationships with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Jenz, she felt something different with Ethan and was excited to see where it led.
Ava noted that it had been a long time since she enjoyed having a relationship with a man, and she loved it.
Hudson Debuts
Meanwhile, Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) met Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) at the pool to discuss Deception business.
He shared that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) had recovered and was divorcing Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).
Concerned, Brook Lynn warned Michael that Willow might pursue Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). She then informed her husband about Drew and Willow; Chase reassured Brook Lynn that she and Phoebe were his priority.
Ethan greeted the group and was pleased to learn they would sign Phoebe’s adoption papers the next day; however, he suddenly stopped when he recognized a man named Hudson (Troy Lennon Appel) talking to the pool attendant.
Ethan looked both shocked and terrified by Hudson’s presence, and hid in the shadows.
Spilling The Tea
During tea in the Quartermaine solarium, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Stella Henry (Vernée Watson) shared updates on their family issues, including Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) quest to prove Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) caused the car accident.
Stella expressed her conflict about supporting Curtis in the trial, fearing he was wrong for not accepting the plea deal. Later, Michael informed Tracy that Willow and Drew were divorcing, and he worried Willow might pursue Chase.
Tracy defended Chase, highlighting his commitment to Brook Lynn and Phoebe, who would officially become a family the next day. However, Michael remained concerned that Willow would find a way to reach Chase.
Ashfords Bond
General Hospital recaps for Thursday’s show hint that Trina was with her father and new baby brother when Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) arrived.
While looking after Des Ashford (Yireh Aviah Lafond) at Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) residence, Curtis shared his legal approach with Marshall Ashford.
His strategy relied on persuading the jury that his belief regarding Isaiah’s departure from the accident scene was justified, despite lacking evidence.
Curtis firmly believed that Isaiah should not be a part of his newborn son’s life, yet Marshall encouraged him to rethink the plea deal and seek a middle ground with Isaiah. Later on, Curtis assured Des that nothing would separate them.
Tristan Roberts Cornered
Before the trial, Isaiah finished his work at G.H. and told Britt he was tired of the tension with Curtis and wanted to win in court.
Meanwhile, Jack approached Tristan at the hospital to check on his adjustment. Tristan set a clear boundary, saying he didn’t want WSB personnel at the hospital and would file reports when there was news.
Jack ominously responded that those terms weren’t up to Tristan. Later, while Tristan and Britt were discussing a patient, Jason got off the elevator and was shocked to see Tristan (his WSB escort from Jakarta to Port Charles)working at the hospital with his girlfriend.
