General Hospital' Recap Tuesday, April 15: Alexis Gives Ava Decision, Liz's Homecoming, Emma & Joss's PCU Competition

General Hospital recaps for Tuesday, April 15 reveal a flurry of activity in the land of Port Charles. If you missed today’s show, no need to fret; CTS has a full overview for you.  (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)

Nurse’s Ball News

Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is playing his violin outside on the Quartermaine estate when Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) overhears him.

It takes a little bit, but she eventually convinces Gio to play something contemporary for the Nurses Ball this year. She tells him that she will gladly produce his act, and he finally agrees.

Meanwhile, inside, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) have a serious talk. He tells her that he’s glad she has returned, and they have an honest discussion about BLQ’s baby secret.

He admits that he had resented the whole situation but has let go of his bad feelings, and he has decided to keep Brook Lynn’s secret and not tell Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that he has a son.

Lois is relieved to hear that and she also volunteers her perspective on her daughter’s choice all of those years ago.

Lois then goes outside and overhears Gio playing. He shares with her that Brook Lynn is going to produce his act for the Ball.

Back inside, BLQ joins Chase and talks him into performing as well.

Elizabeth Baldwin’s Homecoming Surprise

Across town, General Hospital recaps for Tuesday note that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) has finally been released from the hospital and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) rolls her through the front door to find their family waiting.

Aiden Webber (Colin Cassidy) has cooked for his mom, and everyone else has helped to clean up. Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) chats with Lucky in the kitchen about his relationship with Liz, and what his next move will be.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) also grabs a moment with her son and tells him to share his feelings with Liz.

Back in the living room, Liz is on the couch, and General Hospital has gifted her with Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken) – the most annoying nurse on earth.

They all take turns trying to get away from her, and eventually, Lulu suggests that Lucky be Liz’s nurse.

Josslyn Jacks & Emma Drake’s PCU Competition

Over at PCU, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is back at the university and undercover as a WSB agent. She has an environmental class with Emma Drake (Braedyn Bruner).

These two usually don’t get along, but the common ground in Professor Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) class seems to be bringing them together.

As they talk, their teacher stops to chat for a second. While at their table, he suggests that Emma apply for the summer assistant position.

She is excited by the thought, and Joss knows this will be a problem because her real job is to get that position. Looks like the young ladies will be embroiled in yet another competition.

Ava Jerome’s Early Celebration

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is on the phone with Ava Jerome (Maura West) when Dante stops in to see him for a moment. He is thinking that this family crisis might be a good opportunity to mend things just a little with his uncle.

Dante then talks to Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) in the hallway about change. He believes that life can get better and that pain can lessen as people heal. Kristina listens intently, but isn’t sure she agrees.

Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos) visits her dad and tells him about how she and Kristina are doing better. Ric knows that Kristina was responsible for his accident, but keeps it to himself.

Meanwhile, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has a decision to make. She gets to work and tells Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) that she cannot commit Kristina to Fern Cliff.

She refuses to be the one to break her daughter in order to try and fix her. Diane is clearly disappointed as Alexis tells her that she will handle it from here.

Alexis then goes to see Ava at her gallery. She tells her that she will receive three separate deposits and that by July, she will have all of her divorce settlement.

Ava tells her that she’s glad to have the money that was stolen from her back, but now she wants compensation as well.
