Stella Confronted Portia
Stella visited Portia and shared that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) wasn’t pregnant; she advised Portia to address her feelings toward Jordan.
Portia defended herself, saying Jordan kept interfering while she and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) worked on their issues; Stella pointed out that Curtis and Jordan’s friendship alone wouldn’t ruin a strong marriage.
Portia reluctantly acknowledged that even without Jordan, she and Curtis might not have lasted due to her secrets and her efforts to meet his unrealistic expectations.
Stella urged Portia to release her bitterness for the baby’s sake and because her resentment seemed tied to her inability to move on from Curtis. At the end, Portia thanked Stella for the reality check, and they hugged.
Isaiah And Elizabeth Caught Up With Each Other, Then Portia Updated Isaiah
At the hospital, Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) talked to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) about his relationship with Portia, saying life is too short not to be happy.
Liz smiled and agreed; she then left to meet Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) for their date, and later, Isaiah visited Portia’s office.
She updated him on her talk with Stella, mentioning that Jordan wasn’t pregnant and that Stella helped her see her resentment might make Isaiah think she still had feelings for Curtis.
Isaiah said he never saw it that way. Portia felt relieved and told him that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and the baby were her only ties to Curtis, and she could only move on because of him.
Curtis Was Taken Aback When Jordan Told Him She Took A Pregnancy Test
Unaware that it was even a possibility, Curtis was taken aback when Jordan returned home and announced that she believed she might be pregnant.
She explained that her pregnancy test had come back negative, prompting him to ask if she felt disappointed by the outcome.
Jordan revealed that she had delayed taking the test out of fear, but it was Aunt Stella’s confrontation after discovering the test at the condo that ultimately pushed her to find out.
The conversation with Stella made her feel connected to the family, Jordan remarked. And added she was grateful for Stella’s support now that they had reestablished their bond.

Jordan Told Curtis Portia Also Knew
Jordan informed Curtis that Portia was also aware of the potential pregnancy and expressed that she didn’t want it to hinder his relationship with his ex. She understood it was important, as they needed to co-parent the upcoming baby.
When Curtis praised Jordan for her generosity towards Portia, she responded that, despite their conflicts, Portia was a good person. She felt confident she would make an excellent mother to his child.
Recognizing how they had grown from their past errors, Jordan and Curtis concurred that they were in a healthier place, capable of discussing difficult issues and tackling them together.

Sonny Updated Diane
In the comfort of his own home, Sonny delivered shocking news to a dazed Diane. He informed her that although she would continue managing his legitimate affairs, he had brought Ric on board to address the more complex transactions.
He elaborated that his choice stemmed from family considerations rather than any shortcomings in Diane’s performance.
Sonny emphasized that Ric represented his final connection to his mother, having gained his confidence by successfully defending Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). Ric had covered for Diane while she was recuperating from her surgery.
Alexis Talked To Ric While Waiting For Diane
Meanwhile, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) waited for Diane at the Port Charles Grill and met Ric. He sincerely thanked her for saving his life when she held him hostage in her basement, saying it helped him reflect on what mattered.
Ric mentioned that working with Sonny allowed him to see the real version of his brother, but Alexis remained wary of Ric betraying Sonny. She warned him to think of Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) when he considered exploiting his brother.
Ric retorted that he had been protecting Molly from knowing that Alexis, Ava Jerome (Maura West), and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) had held him captive.

Ric Continued Trying To Convince A Skeptical Alexis That He’s Changed
He then brought up that Kristina almost killed him and Elizabeth, so they were benefiting from his new perspective on life as well.
Alexis quipped that people can change, and she hoped Ric would too. Just then, Elizabeth walked in, so Ric left Alexis to greet his date, and Diane soon arrived to meet Alexis.
When Liz asked what he discussed with Alexis, Ric said he and his ex-wife were trying to be friends again, which was good since he’d be working with Sonny on business deals.
Liz thought it was a bad idea due to Ric and Sonny’s past, especially since Ric was getting his life back on track.

Ric Promised To Be Careful, As Diane And Alexis Talked About Diane’s Reduced Sonny Workload
Ric promised to be careful, saying he was in a good place with Molly and Alexis, but he needed a stable job with Sonny to settle down in Port Charles- with her. At the next table, Diane complained to Alexis about Sonny changing his legal team.
Alexis lamented that if Sonny decided this to keep her (as Diane’s partner) away from his business, then she was partly to blame for Diane losing work from her best client.
Diane assured Alexis she wasn’t at fault, saying Sonny’s choice was about helping his brother. And then joked that when it all went wrong and Sonny came back to her for help, she’d charge him double.

Trina, Kai, Gio, Emma And Josslyn Met At The Brown Dog Bar
Arriving at the Brown Dog Bar to meet Trina, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup), Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruener), Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) recalled her confrontation.
She had a fight with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) over her mother’s assertion that the WSB had destroyed Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) life, and things her mother continued doing wrong.
Josslyn joined her friends, who teased her about her hectic schedule, and she assured them she would make time to attend Trina’s upcoming performance at Charlie’s open mic night.
Suddenly, Josslyn tensed when Brennan walked into the bar with Cullum. Brennan had freaked out when she previously told him she encountered Cullum at Wyndemere during the blizzard.
Brennan Questioned Cullum While Josslyn Wanted To Leave
At their table, Brennan reassured Cullum that there were no hard feelings regarding the director taking over the Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) case, expressing hope that Cullum could achieve what he had been unable to.
When Josslyn found a reason to leave, Trina opted to accompany her roommate out, but just as Joss was about to make her exit, they bumped into Cullum returning with drinks.
Trina was taken aback by her roommate’s feigned conversation with the stranger, and once Cullum had walked away, she pressed Josslyn for details about who he was and how she knew him.

Josslyn Explained Her Feelings To Trina
Joss explained that she kept bumping into him and acted like a silly college student because he was creepy.
When Trina asked if that was why Josslyn wanted to leave, she offered to have the guy thrown out, but Josslyn said it was because Brennan reminded her of a big fight she had with her mom.
Knowing that distance only makes things worse, Trina suggested that Josslyn talk it out with Carly.
Grateful for the advice, Josslyn hugged Trina and then left. Jack and Cullum observed the exchange from across the bar.
Later, Jack went to Emma’s table and asked for an update on Anna, but she snapped that it was a private family issue and not his concern.

Jack Continued His Questioning Of Cullum After Emma’s Angry Reaction
After telling her to inform him if she needed any help, Jack went back to his seat. Emma followed him and yelled that the WSB had ruined her grandmother’s life, and if he wanted to help Anna, he should leave her alone.
Once Emma returned to her friends, Cullum remarked that, judging by her reaction, Anna must not be improving-pretending to be unclear about what happened to Anna, Jack asked Cullum for more information.
The director maintained that Anna went off the rails during her assignment, and something about the mission made her obsess over Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).
“I doubt Anna will ever recover from this,” Cullum said, looking at Emma before turning back to Jack; “It’s heartbreaking to see a good agent fall apart, isn’t it?”

Carly And Valentin Discussed Their Passionate Encounter
Carly returned home to find Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in the dark kitchen; he asked if their night together meant a new beginning or an end.
Carly said things were unclear and they didn’t need distractions; Valentin accepted this and told her that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) chose not to kill him, so he could help her with Jack.
“He trusts me with you,” Valentin said about Jason, and as they moved closer, they both felt no regrets about their night together.
Valentin admitted that he didn’t expect to change his view of her when he arrived, but he was glad he did. He then went back to the attic, leaving Carly feeling flustered.

Sonny Came To Check On Carly, And Josslyn Barged In
Later, Sonny visited to check on Carly to make sure she’d be okay after Jason left town. While there, she shared the terrible fight she had with Josslyn about him and asked Sonny to keep his distance for now; Sonny agreed to support Carly as needed.
While they talked, Josslyn came to the back door and shook her head at seeing her mom with her ex-stepdad through the window.
Josslyn barged in with an attitude, uninterested in Sonny’s offer to help-when Carly scolded her, Josslyn lashed out for defending her ex.
Sonny told Josslyn to respect Carly, but she said she wouldn’t lie because she didn’t respect her mother’s choices, then criticized Carly for not considering how her decisions affect her kids, and stormed out.
