Welcome to your Tuesday May 26th General Hospital recap – we begin our day with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) who along with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) is shocked that her mother crashed the nurse’s ball opening number.

At the Nurses Ball, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) thanks the audience who looks on shocked at what just happened. Liesl says thank you to everyone for coming and reminds them of the huge financial donation she has made.

In Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) apartment, her boyfriend Levi sees how excited she is to watch the ball and suggests they go. Maxie can’t believe it and says yes as she runs to find a gown.

Liesl Obrecht stirs up trouble at the Nurses Ball

Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) approaches Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zupigna) wondering if the embryo is hers. They tell her to go away as Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) drags her away and tells her to stop.

Nathan goes out to get some air away from Liesl and runs into Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). She says if he needs pointers in how to deal with Liesl to please ask. Suddenly Maxie shows up all dressed up.

Brad and Britt watch the ball from home

Brad acts jealous that Lucas and Felix danced together at the ball, he insists they get dressed and go.

Meanwhile, Spencer Cassadine continues to push his dad Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) that they need to go to the ball. He says they should be supporting worthy causes and plus he wants to show face to Cameron and Emma.

Lucy reveals the next act – Eddie Mayne aka Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) who does a sexy rock and roll act. After hes finished he goes back to his table where his mother Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) is less than impressed.

Lucy announces the next act and surprisingly its Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) singing “ I am what I am.” As the song ends – Luke asks Tracy to marry him in front of everyone. Ned tries to stop the wedding but Lucy allows it to happen.

Brad and Britt arrive at the ball and run right into Felix and Lucas. They have an ugly exchange as Britt defends him and says they need to forgive Brad.
