Lulu Spencer’s WSB Favors

AMP in the post

Lulu met Laura at Bobbie’s and asked if her mom could help find out where the WSB took Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Laura questioned Lulu’s interest in Jason, especially after he attacked Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Lulu said she and Jason reconnected while defending the boys against Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard).

Plus, as Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) so close, Rocco is upset.

Just as Laura agreed to contact Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) joined them. He said Port Charles was better off without a psychopath like Jason.

Ezra Boyle’s Suggestion

AMP in the post

After Ezra mentioned he possessed information for Laura that Lulu might prefer her daughter not to overhear, Lulu decided to leave.

Once they were alone, Ezra proposed to Laura that she should organize a press conference to openly denounce Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason.

However, when Laura declined this suggestion, Ezra informed her that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) was convinced that Sonny was responsible for Marco’s death and was seeking vengeance.

He cautioned her that if she wished to shield herself from the wrath of the businessman, it was imperative for her to distance herself from those men.

Britt Westbourne Realized Her Symptoms Might Be Back

At the hospital, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) noticed her Huntington’s disease symptoms might be back when she spilled coffee.

While cleaning, Lucas visited and shared that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) woke up but didn’t remember who shot him. They mourned Marco’s death, each feeling guilty.

Britt mentioned Cullum destroyed the medicine Marco took from the Wyndemere safe, which devastated Lucas, who cried that Marco’s death was in vain.

Britt then explained what happened at the pier, and Lucas realized Cullum must have seen his texts on Marco’s phone, leading him to kill Marco.

Lucas Jones Realized He Saved Marco Rios’s Murderer

General Hospital recaps for the April 1 show hint that devastated, Lucas fell apart at the realization that he had saved the life of Marco’s murderer instead of being by his boyfriend’s side while Marco fought for his life.

Britt, feeling for her frenemy, wrapped him in a comforting hug; once he regained his composure, Lucas inquired about Britt’s next steps since she hadn’t received her medication.

She shrugged, indicating it depended on how much Sidwell wanted the project finished.

Furious that Sidwell was to blame for everything, and that Marco’s death should carry weigh, a resolute Lucas stormed out of Britt’s office to confront his late boyfriend’s father.

After Lucas departed, Britt made a phone call, informing the person on the other end that she needed to meet with them.

Jack Brennan Confronted Nina Reeves

Bursting into Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) office, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) insisted that she make progress in persuading Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) to disclose where Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is hiding.

If not, he would expose the missing video that showed Willow outside Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) house on the night of the shooting.

Nina clarified that she had talked to Charlotte about Valentin but realized Charlotte was not telling the truth when she said she hadn’t spoken to her father.

Nina requested more time to gather the information Jack needed. The WSB head cautioned her that if he located Valentin through other means before she delivered, Willow would be in serious trouble.

Jack then exited from the Crimson office but waited out of sight until Nina left.

Jacinda Bracken’s Offer

Once Jack departed, Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) reminded Nina about a meeting with Enchanted, but Nina snapped that her assistant should postpone it.

Nina said it was because  she had to deal with a mess Jacinda created by letting Jack into the office. As a consequence, Nina tasked Jacinda with an almost impossible job due by the end of the day.

Meanwhile, after Nina left, Jack returned to Crimson to talk to Jacinda, joking that he had a way for her to redeem herself for the harmful testimony she provided at Willow’s trial.

If Jacinda could get Charlotte to confirm whether she had been in touch with her father, he would share information that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) would find very beneficial.

Trina Robinson Was Frustrated About Willow Cain’s Fakery

General Hospital recaps for Wednesday’s show note that at Willow’s office, Trina expressed her frustrations to Kai about the Congresswoman’s affectionate wife persona, while in truth, she had shot her husband and framed her ex for the crime.

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) then showed up and asked Kai if he would consider adding Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) to his baseball team, as his son was having difficulties with his current coach.

Drawing from his own experiences, Kai mentioned that growth and change happen when you step outside your comfort zone.

He felt that Wiley would gain a sense of achievement if he persevered with the challenging coach.

Kai proposed they wait a few weeks, and he would include Wiley on the team if the issues persisted; in the meantime, Kai agreed to provide Wiley with private lessons.

Willow’s Epiphany

Meanwhile, Willow told Drew that she planned to contact CPS regarding Harrison and Brook Lynn Chase’s (Josh Swickard, Amanda Setton) situation, suggesting that he could learn from a true hero like Chase.

She went on about their shift in dynamics, now that she had Drew metaphorically caged, while previously, he had kept her in one by controlling everything to make her dependent on him.

Just as she mentioned to Drew that her political team respected her, despite his lack of respect for her, Willow’s mind drifted to Kai’s remark.

She recalled what he said  about how the sound of a ringing cell phone in the living room would reach the bedroom, and how Trina recognized Wiley’s ringtone as ‘Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.’

Willow’s Horrific Realization

Willow realized Kai had a key to the house and that Wiley called her the night she shot Drew; she worried Kai and Trina might have been there that night.

Just then, Nina came in with her key and told Willow that Jack Brennan had visited again. Willow said she had to go to the office and asked Nina to stay with Drew until the caregiver, Travis, arrived.

Soon after, Michael arrived. Nina wanted him to leave, but he wanted to see his uncle.

Michael noticed Drew blinking quickly and asked if he was trying to say something, but Nina said they didn’t know why he did that.

Willow Eavesdrops

General Hospital recaps for Wednesday, April 1 reveal that speaking to his uncle, Michael expressed sympathy for him, noting that being confined to a wheelchair must be a difficult way to live.

He then pointed out the irony that Drew finally had Willow all to himself; even if it wasn’t how he had envisioned it.

Meanwhile, at Willow’s office, Trina told Kai her frustration that everyone in Port Charles thought Michael had shot Drew and got away with it, while they both knew Willow did.

Unbeknownst to Trina and Kai, Willow was eavesdropping on their conversation from the hallway!

The Truth About “Fake” Nathan West

In Sidwell’s study, Cassius Faison a.k.a. ‘fake’ Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) reminded his partner not to use his real name. Sidwell praised how easily he took on his late twin brother’s life.

Cassius warned that Lucas might hear them, risking their efforts at the PCPD, but Sidwell dismissed it since Lucas was on the mainland.

Sidwell told Cassius to use his role as “Detective Nathan West” to investigate Marco’s murder.

Cassius noted they had to be careful with his position, recalling a past mistake with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) when he mishandled evidence.

After Cassius assured Jenz he would look into Marco’s death, Jenz complimented his work as Nathan.

More Chitter Chatter

Sidwell also mentioned how Cassius’s timely arrival during Mayor Collins’s car trouble helped control the situation with her and Sonny.

Cassius said Sidwell set him up by poisoning Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), so when she woke from her coma, everyone in Port Charles believed he was Nathan, and Maxie had no doubts.

Their talk shifted to Britt, and Cassius confirmed his sister planned to leave with Jason. Jenz speculated that Sonny must have ordered Jason to kill Marco while leaving town, and then Jason shot Cullum when confronted by the agent at the pier.

Cassius didn’t say he knew Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) shot Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). Still, he did say he thought Sidwell’s theory was possible.

Cassius did warn that they needed to learn what Cullum knew first before jumping to conclusions about anyone’s guilty.

Sidwell said he couldn’t go to the hospital without revealing their partnership, but Detective West could visit the agent without raising suspicion.

He told Cassius to check if Cullum had proof linking Sonny and Jason to Marco’s death.

Sidwell insisted Britt must be held responsible for her betrayal, no matter her family ties.

Cassius reluctantly agreed to deal with his sister if she had compromised their operation.

Lucas Jones Arrived At Wyndemere

Later, after Cassius had left, Lucas burst into the study and inquired if Jenz was interested in knowing the reason behind Marco’s murder.

At the same time, Lulu was at Pier 55, mentally retracing Rocco’s movements from the night of the shooting, when “Nathan” discovered her there.

Still overwhelmed with guilt, Lulu revealed that she had asked her mother to contact some WSB connections to assist Jason, but “Nathan” insisted she should drop it.

The WSB had already identified their shooter, he stated, and she didn’t need to provide them with a reason to investigate further.
