“Nathan” Said Goodbye

Once Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) phone dried out and powered back on, he finally received a message from Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) regarding the possibility that “Nathan” was an impostor.

Cody successfully prevented James West (Gary James Fuller) from leaving with “Nathan” without revealing the truth to the young boy.

However, Cassius realized that Cody had discovered the reality and bid an emotional farewell to James.

The little boy was puzzled by his father’s sudden departure, but “Nathan” reassured James of his love, claiming it was deeper than he ever imagined.

Cody Consoled James

Cody consoled a distressed James after “Nathan” departed; they then reached out to Felicia, who was still in France.

Cody assured her that he would keep a vigilant watch over James, and both he and Felicia concurred that “Nathan’s” strange actions seemed to validate Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) suspicions.

In a deserted parking lot, Cassius found a vehicle he had hidden away, complete with Ontario license plates, and retrieved a go-bag from the trunk.

Inside, he discovered a counterfeit Canadian passport and a stack of cash.

After taking his American money and a photo of himself with James from his wallet, Cassius discarded the wallet out of the car window and drove off.

Gio Agreed To Leave Sonny’s But Only Temporarily

Due to the significant danger that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) represented, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) made the difficult decision to ask his grandson to relocate for his own safety.

However, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) was adamant that he could take care of himself.

Sonny shared the heartbreaking story of how Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) had been the same age as Gio when he tragically lost his life.

He also shared  how the memory of his son’s death continues to haunt him.

Then Gio reluctantly conceded to the request and agreed to leave, albeit temporarily.

Sidwell Held Turner, Ava, And Ethan Hostage

At the Jerome Gallery, Sidwell held Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor), Ava Jerome (Maura West), and Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) at gunpoint, threatening to kidnap Ava.

Even with a gun aimed at her, Ava fiercely confronted Jenz, exclaiming that Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) would be deeply disappointed to learn that his father had attempted to murder Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).

Enraged, Jenz tried to shoot Ava and take Justine as a hostage, believing Sonny would be more inclined to negotiate for her safety.

In a split second, Ethan leaped in front of Ava while Justine charged at Sidwell.

Ethan Got Shot In The Behind, Sidwell Forced Justine To Call Sonny

Ava and Ethan quickly fled and barricaded themselves in the storeroom, where he disclosed that he had been shot in the rear.

Lacking a phone to call for assistance, Ava used drop cloths to dress his wound and tried to staunch the bleeding.

With tensions running high, they exchanged heated words, and Ava questioned Ethan’s decision to save her;  “It was just instinct,” Ethan gasped, struggling as he lost blood.

Meanwhile, in the showroom, Jenz forced Justine to call Sonny on speakerphone, ordering him to come to the gallery alone.

When Sonny arrived, he found Sidwell aiming his gun at Justine, and Jenz warned Sonny to think carefully about his next action.

Nina Saved Jack

At Turning Woods, Nina performed CPR on Jack, who appeared to be lifeless.

Once he started breathing again, he urgently instructed her to turn off the carbon monoxide tank and revealed that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) had attempted to kill him.

Realizing that Cullum would likely believe he had succeeded, Nina decided to take action to protect Jack.

She resolved to bribe the hospital staff to transfer him to a different room under a false identity.

Lucas Examined Joe, Who Called In An APB On “Nathan”

Meanwhile, at General Hospital, Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett)  was being examined by Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).

Despite his condition, Joe insisted on contacting the police station to issue an All Points Bulletin (APB).

Lucas, albeit reluctantly, escorted the dazed Joe to the hospital’s hub, where Nurse Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken) contacted the Port Charles Police Department (PCPD).

When Joe took the phone, he informed dispatch that Detective Nathan West was collaborating with Jenz Sidwell.

Carly, who was visiting Lucas at the hospital, overheard this exchange and hurriedly left without saying a word to her brother.

Joe Dropped A Couple Of Bombshells On Lucas

Afterward, Lucas returned Joe to the examination room to complete his treatment.

It was there that Joe disclosed a shocking revelation: “Nathan” was actually Cassius Faison.

Joe expressed his frustration, admitting he felt foolish for sharing with “Nathan” that the syringe he discovered in Britt’s room contained only saline residue.

He continued, saying, especially since Cassius was likely working against the PCPD in the search for his sister.

Lucas, alarmed by Joe’s comments, speculated that there must be some misunderstanding, as Britt wouldn’t have been using saline to inject herself.

Carly Was Caught!

As Carly emerged from her hiding place, she found herself face-to-face with Cullum and Agent Harker (Matt Merchant), who had been suspicious of an intruder’s presence.

Confident that she had the advantage, Carly informed them that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) had traveled to Geneva to disclose everything to the WSB headquarters.

However, Cullum merely laughed, dismissing the idea that the agency would take Valentin seriously.

Just then, Harker received urgent news about gunfire at the loading dock, prompting Cullum to order Harker to eliminate Carly before he rushed off to investigate the situation.

Danny And Charlotte Ran After Setting Off Firecrackers, Cullum Prepared To Run With The Prototype

In reality, the so-called “gunfire” was nothing more than Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) setting off fireworks at the loading dock.

They were creating a diversion to assist Carly in her search for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) in the tunnels.

Although the teenagers managed to escape, Cullum quickly commanded his agents to pursue whoever was responsible for the fireworks display.

He then directed another agent to hastily load a device into the truck, emphasizing the urgency of their immediate departure.

Liesl And Joss Worked To Escape, Only To Be Thwarted, Carly Fought With Harker

Meanwhile, in the room where they were being held captive, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Josslyn successfully triggered a wire that unlocked the door.

However, as they swung the door open, they were met with an agent waiting on the other side.

At the same time, Carly pleaded with Harker to release her so she could rescue her daughter.

As the agent turned his back to remove his suit jacket and retrieve his weapon, Carly seized the opportunity, grabbing a fire poker from the mantel and swinging it at him with all her might!
