General Hospital Rumor: Did Helena Cassadine Forge The Codicil To Mikkos’ Will?

General Hospital: Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers)

General Hospital spoilers tease that Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) may have forged the codicil to Mikkos Cassadine’s (John Colicos) will!

General Hospital Spoilers – Helena Cassadine Hated Valentin Cassadine And Was Afraid Of Him

Helena hated Valentin and called him the evilest Cassadine of all, and she was afraid of him. But that doesn’t mean she wouldn’t forge a codicil claiming he wasn’t Mikkos’ child but hers to disinherit him! Valentin brought up the issue of Helena hating him and being afraid of him to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) when he shouted it at him at what was supposed to be his wedding to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)! Nikolas told him Helena hated him because he was hers – not quite correct, but partly correct.

Helena had her favorites, and Nikolas’ father, Stavros Cassadine (Robert Kelker-Kelly) was her favorite, so of course, she would favor his heirs, Nikolas and Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel)! She did have one child, a daughter that Mikkos didn’t father, and she kept her locked away in a mental institution most of her life and then killed her! Why she said she was afraid of Valentin was never disclosed.

GH Spoilers – Helena Cassadine Loved Playing Mind Games

Helena loved playing mind games. General Hospital viewers will recall the mostly wild goose chases that she sent her “heirs” on when her will was read and in fact, she had disinherited Nikolas! She made a video just in case she died, saying that Robin Scorpio –Drake (Kimberly McCullough) was supposed to have made a serum to make Helena immortal, but this video was just in case it didn’t work!

Helena begins by leaving Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) one cent, to be split equally with her sisters, she willed Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) a music box that’s playing the last song her mother ever sang and contains the knife Helena used to slit her mother’s throat, Elizabeth receives a box with a handwritten document titled, “Jake’s Adventure.” Helena then informs Nikolas that she’s left everything to the Cassadine Foundation because he betrayed her.

She also leaves him a portrait of herself, the one that contained the codicil and that burned up at Ava Jerome’s art auction. When Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) points out that Helena is sipping a cup of tea in the portrait, Nikolas quickly turns it against a wall – the implication was that Nikolas poisoned her tea. Helena tells Nikolas the portrait signifies they’ll never be finished. Helena tells Lulu she owes her a great debt and not to ignore her gift or she might regret it. The gift is an empty envelope.

Then Helena says she spent a final moment with Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) before he left and now she’s going to have a final moment with Laura, at that time Laura Spencer. Scott hands Laura a box that contains a single key. Helena taunts, “You took from me the thing I loved most, my beloved Mikkos. But because I am the better person I’m giving you the key to what you have loved and lost.”

So who wouldn’t doubt that Helena forged the codicil, simply to stir up trouble between Nikolas and Valentin when Valentin found Mikkos’ original will?
