General Hospital Rumor: Dillon Quartermaine's Return Could Ignite Serena Baldwin's Explosive StorylineGeneral Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Dillon Quartermaine (most recently Robert Palmer Watkins) could return to Port Charles as Serena Baldwin’s (Kelly Kruger) ex!

You have to admit it would make sense for Dillon to return at a time like this, with Serena returning to help her mother, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) with Deception Cosmetics.

A Lot Could Have Happened Since Dillon’s Been Gone, The Two Could Have Gotten Together

A lot could have happened since Dillon’s been gone, and the two could have gotten together-although he’s much more likely to be an ex-boyfriend than an ex-husband.

Surely Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) would have said something, if she had known Dillon was getting married-and Serena was out saving whales the last time she was mentioned.

Serena has been said to be living in Florida the last time she was mentioned, while Dillon had lived in California, trying to break into the film business.

Lucy recently manipulated Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) into giving her half of her Deception shares, given her by Tracy-so this would be a good time for Tracy’s younger son Dillon to return.

He could back her up with the Deception board, rather than get Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) in the middle-besides, two exes pitted against each other’s really soapy!

Dillon Could Definitely Fit Into The Deception Battle Storyline Ahead

Dillon could definitely fit into the Deception Cosmetics battle storyline that’s ahead, since Tracy will certainly want to reclaim those shares from Lucy, Serena or not!

And to do that she’s going to need some more Quartermaine power, because right now, Lucy and Serena have more than Tracy and Brook Lynn-and Brook Lynn’s still not ready to deal with her mother.

Calling Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) back in is out of the question, not just for Brook Lynn’s sake but Gio Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) as well.

Maybe those on Brook Lynn’s mom’s side of the family could vote remotely-they’ll discuss it.

How Long Might Dillon Stay?

The leaker at Daytime Dish didn’t say if Dillon, like Serena, will be a recast, or how long Dillon might stay-but anytime you get Quartermaines in a tangle, there’s bound to be drama!

Serena will also be dealing with Hudson, (Troy Lennon Appel) a businessman who’ll be showing up at the end of July-Serena’s first airdate is July 30 per TV Insider.

It’s also teased that Serena will be in scenes with Michael Corinthos, (Rory Gibson) which won’t be surprising-he’s a Quartermaine by blood as well and on the opposite side.

The trick will be getting all of the power of Deception Cosmetics into Quartermaine hands, which actually isn’t fair since Lucy started the company to begin with.

As far as how long Dillon will stay, storylines like this usually milk all the drama they can, so it will likely be a while!
