General Hospital Rumors: Drew Killed Off?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Drew Cain (Billy Miller) could be killed off the soap now that Billy Miller has exited the canvas. He taped his last scenes the late July, which probably puts his last air-dates at the end of August, and down-the-road spoilers hint at Drew’s possible death!

Even though other General Hospital spoilers quote Miller’s last air-date as August 23, spoilers released for the week of August 26 could indicate otherwise and point to a death for Drew. While these spoilers don’t necessarily mention Drew or a death, they could support the idea.

Beginning on  August 23, the first spoiler says Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will receive a disturbing email. It would be unusual for the Navy to email her if they were notifying of his death, but then she is an ex-wife not a wife. Even so, they have a daughter together, Emily Scout Cain (Ella Ramacieri) so Sam would be notified in any case.

General Hospital Spoilers – Do Other Spoilers Point To Drew Cain’s Death?

Drew could have gone to Afghanistan looking for the truth of his past or for further evidence of Shiloh Archer’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) crimes there. Or to finish the unfinished business he had of delivering the evidence and at that time, Shiloh himself to NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) and ran into danger over there.

On August 28, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will have a difficult conversation with Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson). Since Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) has Drew’s pre-2012 memories and nothing left of his own mind and memories, he would not deliver the news of Drew’s death to Monica.

This spoiler is a telling clue of something untoward having happened to Drew, because it would fall to Jason to deliver the bad news. If the upsetting email to Sam doesn’t turn out to be related to Drew or a death notice, another spoiler says Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will race to the Port Charles Police Department. Sonny usually doesn’t go racing to a police department, as viewers know. He usually goes out of his way to avoid them. Could this point to a deadly problem Drew may have encountered?

General Hospital Spoilers – An Eventual Return Or Possibly A Recast

Billy indicated in his farewell letter to his GH fans to not think of it as a goodbye, just as an “until next time”. Of course, that is pretty vague and may just be referring to the next show he appears on, not specifically to General Hospital.

Drew could head out on a mission to retrieve intel on Shiloh and simply disappear, like has happened to many GH favorites over the years, including both Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), Nikolas Cassadine (most recently Nick Stabile) and Jason as well.

Or his plane could crash and he could be presumed dead and show up at some later point in time after much drama plays out concerning his presumed death!

This storyline should play out pretty quickly, but it does seem either Drew will be killed or at the very least, be presumed dead to allow for a return or recast; stay tuned to General Hospital and keep checking General Hospital spoilers frequently for all the latest news, updates and developments!
