General Hospital Rumors: Ric Lansing Keeping Hayden Barnes Safe?

General Hospital rumors and spoilers tease that Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) has vanished without a trace. She’s been on the mind of many Port Charles resident lately and yet no one seemingly has an answer as to where she has gone. As viewers know, Hayden had just settled back into Port Charles with her daughter Violet Barnes (Jophielle Love) when she vanished. Hayden had made the mistake of once again trusting Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) who at the time was believed dead.

General Hosptial Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Sought Out Hayden Barnes To Help Find The Codicil To Helena Cassadine’s Will!

Nikolas has allowed everyone to believe he had been shot dead by Valentin Cassadine (james Patrick Stuart). Valentin had taken over the entire Cassadine empire from Nikolas as the so-called rightful heir. But Nikolas believed that Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) had created a codicil to her will, returning the entire fortune to Nikolas.

But no one knew where the codicil was and since he was still believed to be dead on General Hospital, he couldn’t search for it out in the open. So Hayden searched the Cassadine mansion several time, but still had no idea where the codicil was. But Valentin was suspicious when he caught Hayden searching his home. Valentin demanded Hayden tell him what she was looking for as well as who she was taken orders from.

GH Rumors And Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Shipped Hayden Barnes Out Of Town!

According to General Hospital spoilers, Valentin threatened both Hayden and her daughter but Hayden was determined to stay. But Nikolas was concerned Hayden would talk so he hired thugs to attack her and then came to her rescue. She assumed Valentin hired the men, so she realized she needed to disappear and fast. She left Violet with her father, Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and wasn’t heard from again. But who could she turn to in order to stay hidden and safe? Perhaps the very man that brought her to Port Charles in the first place,

General Hospital Spoilers – Ric Lansing Hired Hayden Barnes To Come To Port Charles As Drew Cain’s “Wife”!

Ric Lansing (Ric Hearst) wasn’t happy when Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) became romantically involved Drew Cain (Billy Miller) instead of reconciling with him. Drew had complete amnesia at the time so Ric came up with an idea to separate the new couple. He hired Hayden to come to town and claim that she was Drew’s wife.

The ruse didn’t last long but Hayden then blackmailed Nikolas once she discovered that Drew Cain was actually Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) Drew wasn’t Jason but no one would discover that secret just yet. Hayden was later shot by Nikolas’ hit man and although she survived it wasn’t long before Hayden left town the first time. She was gone for a couple years until she came back for the codicil. Hayden seemed to take Valentin’s threat seriously, so maybe she enlisted Ric to create a new identity for her. Neither Valentin nor Nikolas would likely even remember that they even knew each other.

GH Spoilers – Ric Lansing Should Be Visiting His Daughter, Molly Lansing-Davis Anytime Now!

Ric is overdue to visit Port Charles. He missed his daughter, Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Haley Pullos) graduation so he should come bearing gifts very soon. If he is helping Hayden, he will also likely find a reason to see Violet as well and determine if Hayden is finally safe to return. Perhaps Liz will be so grateful to have her sister back that she considers reuniting with Ric. But what will he decide to do?
