General Hospital Rumors: Ryan Chamberlain And Esme Prince – Is She Stalking Him?

General Hospital: Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom)General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that there may be a good reason why Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) acts like he is disturbed by Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Many General Hospital fans think that she may be either his or Dr. Kevin Collins’ (Jon Lindstrom) cray-cray daughter that neither knew about, but there is one other possibility – she may be an obsessed fan of Ryan, in addition to being a copycat!

General Hospital Spoilers And Rumors – Ryan Chamberlain’s Daughter? Maybe Not!

Longtime General Hospital viewers will remember that while Ryan Chamberlain was trained as a pediatrician and loved children, he never fathered one, at least not that General Hospital history records. Kevin fathered one, as shown on the General Hospital spinoff Port Charles, a grown daughter named Livvie Locke (Kelly Monaco) who unfortunately died. Kevin didn’t have much of a chance to get to know her.

One thing that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) doesn’t know about Ryan, is that while he is a prolific serial killer of adults, he would never hurt a child. Ryan adored the infant Georgie Jones (last played by Lindze Letherman) and called her “Celeste” when he kidnapped her, meaning “angel”. That kidnapping led to his presumed death by fire in the Canadian funhouse until his reappearance twenty-five years later. Ryan would have never made a teddy bear talk with his voice and Ava would have known right away that he wasn’t the stalker!

GH Spoilers And Rumors – Stalking The Stalker?

General Hospital spoilers show when Esme slipped off to visit Ryan in Spring Ridge that he seemed very familiar with her, but also very disturbed! This happened in a General Hospital episode when Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) went to visit his great aunt Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Viewers will remember that Ryan communicated with her through the help of Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) for a short time, but when he overheard her she was studying nursing and wanted to be an aide in Spring Ridge, Ryan nearly freaked out! He signaled “go, go, go, go!” with his eye blink language and later Harmony told Alexis that Esme was trouble!

“Trouble” is the understatement of the century if Ryan Chamberlain is afraid of Esme! Ryan himself is a stalker of sorts although serial murder is more his forte – he became obsessed with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) years ago, which may be another reason why he loved baby Georgie so much. More recently he became obsessed with Ava and stalked her. Could Esme be not only a copycat of Ryan, but an obsessed fan stalking the stalker?

General Hospital Spoilers And Rumors – Esme Prince Took It Upon Herself To Set Ava Jerome Cassadine’s Car On Fire

General Hospital viewers will recall that Esme took it upon herself to set Ava’s car on fire, and somehow make a duplicate of Kiki Jerome’s (Hayley Erin) General Hospital employee badge to leave at the scene of the crime! Esme told Spencer she did it to divert his father Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) attention away from him.

General Hospital viewers know that Esme and Nikolas are the stalkers, and their acts have been intended to copycat Ryan, but Esme feeling it important to leave a duplicated employee badge at the scene sure seems to remind one of Ryan and his drivers’ license collection! As far as the fire, Spencer likely told Esme that Ava reneged on her deal with him regarding getting the Cassadine empire away from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) so she could get her burned face fixed. Still, even the fire could relate to Ryan in Esme’s eyes, if she has studied him enough to know how he presumably died in the funhouse fire!

GH Spoilers And Rumors – Ryan Chamberlain, Afraid Of Esme Prince?

General Hospital viewers know there could be two ways to take Ryan’s response of “go, go, go” to Esme when she visited him. She could be his daughter and it could be a message to hurry up and get hired at Spring Ridge so she could be where he is – or it could be a “go, go, go” of fear, telling her to get away from him! It is difficult for General Hospital viewers, especially longtime viewers, to imagine Ryan being afraid of a young girl, but it may be that he’s not faking his locked in syndrome and he really is afraid and in a vulnerable state!

If Ryan were faking and Esme was harassing him, perhaps even copycatting his own murderous ways and turning them back on him, he’d have found some way to sneak out and kill her long ago! General Hospital viewers know he was perfectly capable of murder even with one hand, and had even cut that hand off himself, which is not the act of a man capable of fear! But if he really is harmless now – and helpless – Esme has somehow proven to him in the recent past exactly what she is capable of, similar to what he was and he’s afraid he’s next!
