General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that Ava Jerome (Maura West) is back to her old dark ways, screwing people over, and in a full-blown rivalry with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

The two are vying for sole custody of Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola), and Ava has decided to play very dirty by switching the mob boss’s already low dosage of bipolar meds to complete placebos.

He’s bound to have a meltdown, but if he finds out Ava is behind all this, she could be cooked for good.

Ava could use an ally right now, and the last time fans saw Nikolas Cassadine, he was still gag-gag over the villainess. So, could he return to the canvas to stand by her side?
