General Hospital Spoilers: Adam’s Father Arrives, Will Sparks Fly With Carly?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Adam Right (Joshua Bernard) has made it sound like his parents have been putting terrible pressure on him to excel in school.

According to Adam, his parents are only satisfied if he excels in schools. Even a grade of “B” isn’t good enough for them. This has led Adam to abuse alcohol and pills. It all came to a head recently when Adam almost overdosed and died. That means that at least one of Adam’s parents are on their way to Port Charles as Adam recovers.

General Hospital Spoilers – Adam Wright’s Dad Won’t Be Happy!

Given what we have heard about Adam’s father (to be played by Steve Mize), he will not be happy with Adam once he learns about the overdose and visits Adam’s hospital room. He will likely blast Adam for his weakness rather than try to be a support.

He may also see Josslyn Jacks (currently played by Courtney Fulk) as a bad influence. This will put him directly in Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) path and their first meeting may be quite memorable.

Josslyn and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) heard Adam playing his guitar in the hallways of their dorm room. They both agreed that Adam had quite a bit of musical talent and wondered if he ever considered music as a career choice.

Adam was insistent that the only career for him, as determined by his parents, was as a doctor. But it’s clear that Adam’s real passion is for music. That’s what most likely what has led to Adam’s unhappiness and ultimately his overdose.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sparks Fly With Carly Spencer!

Carly’s relationship with Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) may soon show some cracks as they deal with Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) betrayal. That being said, the couple is currently still in quite happy together.

There hasn’t been confirmation if Adam’s parents are still married, so it’s possible he is single as well.

Carly will likely confront Adam’s father and although they will likely clash, that doesn’t mean sparks between the duo won’t fly. Could Josslyn’s mother and Adam’s father find themselves attracted to one another?
