Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was absolutely right that she shouldn’t ignore the act, she could be in deadly danger-could Alex Devane Marick (Finola Hughes) be back for revenge?

General Hospital Spoilers – Alex Devane’s Body Never Surfaced

Alex’s body never surfaced after Anna shot her in self-defense aboard The Haunted Star; she was shot and sunk into the ocean. Searches were in vain-but how many people have been shot and fell in a body of water and survived only to return later?

In Port Charles, there have been quite a few-Jason Morgan, (Steve Burton) for one, and more recently Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) although she was shot with blanks.

The point is, their deaths were faked and they returned alive later; might Alex, too, have been rescued and she’s recently been released from some facility? Even Anna was presumed dead for a few years and wasn’t-and it was Alex who brought her back to Pine Valley when they lived there for a few years.

GH Spoilers – Alex Devane Marick Was A Different Woman In Pine Valley

Alex was a different woman when she and Anna were in Pine Valley, Alex was a doctor who helped nurse her twin back to health. But at some point, possibly due to Cassadine interference, Alex’s mind and conscience became twisted and evil, and her former programming to murder her doppelganger-Anna-returned; Alex was in the DVX.

She often impersonated Anna in those days, and that’s how Valentin once became involved with her, thinking she was Anna but she wasn’t. This was also when she became involved with Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) and gave birth to Peter August (Wes Ramsey) with Valentin believing then that she was Anna.

The WSB acted as liason between Anna and the police when Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) clubbed Peter with a tire iron as he tried to shoot Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).

More recently Anna was arrested for treason due to covered up documents Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) had released, and she resigned in a quid pro quo. He may have been the one who saved Alex and hid her in one of his medical facilities, releasing the files on Peter’s death and that Anna didn’t call an ambulance.

Alex, knowing that her sister let her only son die, may have returned for revenge and painted the warning on her door. No doubt she may try to impersonate her twin once again to fool Valentin and try to take out Anna.
