Alexis put her foot in it when she perjured herself for her crush, Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan). Her perjury was for her sake as well, but mostly she wanted Neil to be able to keep his medical license.

She was the reason he was in jeopardy of losing it! Once upon a time not too long ago Neil was Alexis’ therapist. The sparks flew immediately and they recognized the folly of becoming involved while carrying on a therapeutic relationship.

That didn’t stop them though! These two got hot and heavy and now it could come back to bite them. Well, it already has for Neil. Will, it also cost Alexis the career she’s built her life around?

Instead, Alexis is bracing herself for the harsh reality that she will lose her license to practice law.
