General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that during the Wednesday, January 29 episode, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) found out Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) passing was done on purpose, as Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) revealed to the lawyer that her daughter’s demise was the case of a hospital mistake; rather, she was murdered.

Without even knowing who’s behind all this, Alexis already has revenge on the brain, so what will she do once she finds out that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was behind Sam’s passing?
General Hospital Spoilers – Alexis Davis May Find Out Sooner Rather Than Later
GH spoilers suggest that February sweeps month is mere days away, so there’s a good chance that Cyrus’ digitalis IV injections will surface soon. Maybe the entire town won’t find out, but Alexis may.
After all, PCers like Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson), as well as Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) already suspect Cyrus was behind all the recent digitalis ODs in the hospital, and someone may tell Alexis.
Then again, she may overhear them talking about it, or concrete evidence could come forward linking Renault to these crimes. So, what happens next?

GH Spoilers – Alexis Embraces Her Cassadine Roots
Sam’s passing hit Alexis hard, and rightfully so. Losing a child at any age is a parent’s worst nightmare. Especially since Sam died shortly after she took a chance by donating her liver to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) so the comatose mom could live.
Still, when Alexis hears about Cyrus’ actions, could some of her Cassadine roots emerge? Will she decide to take justice into her own hands, by eliminating the criminal as a form of vengeance and payback for her daughter’s passing?
Whether or not Alexis is successful at finishing Cyrus is one thing; however, the drama and chaos that would erupt from Ms. Davis concocting a plan to off the criminal would be an interesting watch. But could she go through with it?
