General Hospital Spoilers – A Friendship Turns To Romance
Even before Franco (Roger Howarth) died, General Hospital had been throwing Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) in the vicinity of Finn (Michael Easton) as much as possible. After all, the soap knew it was killing Franco (only to anger a very passionate fan base) and that it would be breaking up Anna (Finola Hughes) and Finn over Peter (Wes Ramsey). It was time to chem test.
Now, Elizabeth seems to be in Finn’s orbit as much as possible. She used him as a sounding board when Franco has his tumor and he is now a person she can lean on in his grief.
Do General Hospital spoilers say these two will eventually be together or is the soap toying with us? Many people would like for this all to have been a cruel trick and for Franco to still be alive. Others would like Finn to forgive Anna since he was keeping a secret from her as well. But it looks like Franco is really, most sincerely dead. It also looks like Anna has lost yet another good man.

Meanwhile, Finn and Elizabeth have more than just work and grief to keep throwing them together. They also kinda-sorta share Violet (Jophielle Love), Finn’s young daughter, and Liz’s niece, via her sister, Hayden (Rebecca Budig). If Violet wants to spend any time with her aunt, that can throw these two together.
Then comes the Hayden drama. She is bound to return to town but how will she feel if she learns her sister is now with her ex-fiance? There’s a lot of story to tell here if Hamilton Finn does indeed become Elizabeth’s next great love.
General Hospital Spoilers – More Men For Elizabeth Webber
While there’s always the possibility that Finn and Elizabeth remain just friends and head in other directions, Liz is still going to need a brand-new man in her life. That man can be a back-from-the-dead Drew or even a back-from-the-deadbeat Lucky. The possibilities are endless, but a Franco lookalike could also work, as General Hospital spoilers say Roger Howarth is indeed returning to the soap.
