General Hospital Spoilers and Promo: Lives In Jeopardy, Heartache, Guns Drawn, Port Charles Explodes

General Hospital spoilers tease that this week in Port Charles, NY, Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) fights for his life as Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) rushes to stop her evil twin Alex Marick! (Finola Hughes). Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) finally comes clean with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattson) downward spiral continues!

Also, Salem PD Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) works with her husband, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) as they look for Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) secret loved one out of town!

General Hospital Spoiler Insights

First, Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) performs CPR on Finn after Peter August (Wes Ramsey) sees that he has flatlined and calls for help. Peter shows his humanity as he pushes Finn’s brother, Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) back. Peter apparently doesn’t want Chase to see his brother dying!

Viewers will be praying along with Chase that Finn makes it! Viewers will recall that Finn was shot in a struggle over a gun with Alex, who had come back to Anna’s house just as Finn was hearing from Anna on the phone that Alex was back! Anna and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) had returned to find Finn bleeding out on the floor, as Alex had kidnapped Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and taken her onboard the Haunted Star after Finn tried to get Maxie to leave!

Sasha Continues To Spiral

Sasha continues to spiral downwards as she’s shown taking a hit in what appears to be a restroom in possibly the Metro Court. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) tells someone she’s doing drugs and is in a bad place. Carly appears to be telling Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), as she is shown crying at a table in the Metro Court.

Viewers will recall Nina tried to help Sasha get herself together by paying for a room in the Metro Court last week, and Carly had deduced Sasha’s addiction and shared her concerns with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Will Carly and Nina be able to get through to Sasha before it’s too late? Next, a very serious Franco comes clean with his wife Elizabeth as he tells her his brain tumor is back. Viewers will recall that he was told this time it is inoperable! Elizabeth looks stunned, will she be able to handle it when he gets to the “inoperable” part, or will he decide not to tell her that part?

Jordan Ashford And Curtis Ashford Break Into The House Where Cyrus Renault Has A Secret

Out of town, Jordan and Curtis break into a house where Cyrus has a secretly loved one stashed, or at least that’s the assumption. General Hospital viewers will recall that Curtis had intel that Cyrus was protecting someone special in a house on Wilson Street, which at the time was assumed to be in Port Charles. Since that time it has been revealed Wilson Street is in the Northwest, where Cyrus had been running his drug cartel while in prison, before being transferred to Pentonville Prison in Port Charles. They bust in, guns drawn, into what looks like might be either a trap or a diversion because the house appears to be vacant. Who, or what, might they find there?

Hamilton Chase Weeps, Sonny, Dante Falconeri and Jason Morgan On Alert

The rest of the preview shows Alex, who appears to be crawling on the floor with a gun – is she sneaking up to get a pot shot at Anna, has she herself been shot, or has she escaped?

That doesn’t look like the Haunted Star she’s crawling around in! Chase appears to weep outside Finn’s hospital room, while Sonny and his son Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) are on alert, as well as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). And is that Cyrus’ voice we hear shouting “For God’s sake, not HERE!?”
