General Hospital Spoilers and Recap, Monday April 6: Cyrus Released From Prison, Trina’s Anger Explodes

Welcome to your Monday April 6th General Hospital recap – we begin our day at a safehouse where Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) are kissing. Jason wonders again if it’s a good idea for them to be meeting up.

At the Metro Court restaurant, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is asking Jasper Jax (Ingo Rademacher) if hes okay after his fall. Jax says one person enjoyed the fall and couldn’t help but smirk – Charlotte.

In an elevator in General Hospital (GH), Ava Jerome (Maura West) tells her hubby Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) that they need to spend more time with his family. They get off the elevator and asks Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) to dinner as Rober Scorpio approaches with news.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jordan is conflicted about releasing Cyrus

At Pentonville prison, Jordan Ashford (Brianne Nicole Henry) is in a waiting area when Cyrus Renault enters. Cyrus wonders what is so important that they needed to meet in the middle of the night. Cyrus basks in the fact that he is going to be released and thanks Jordan for her help.

General Hospital Spoilers – Cameron and Joss are worried about Trina

At the Corinthos mansion, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) arrives and tells Josslyn Jax (Eden McCoy) that he doesn’t know how to help a hurt Trina. Josslyn doesn’t care that she is on house arrest and wants to help Trina.

General Hospital Spoilers – Trina is furious with Jordan and Curtis

At his apartment, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) opens the door and a very angry Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) busts in. She insists on seeing Jordan and says she won’t leave til she sees her.

Curtis tries to reason with Trina who is livid about Jordan’s “lies.” She does not believe at all that her dad was bad.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny informs his wife Carly of Cyrus’s impending release

Sonny lets Carly in on the plan to release Cyrus in order to get TJ freed from the captors. Sonny thinks he can keep them safe otherwise hes moving the whole family.

General Hospital Spoilers – Robert informs Laura and Kevin that danger is coming

At General Hospital (GH), Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) tells Laura and Kevin that Renault will be released tonight. Laura is surprised he was able to get a release so quickly.

Laura wonders if Cyrus will leave town but Kevin thinks he will stay in Port Charles.

Nikolas wonders how its possible a drug lord who almost killed his mom could be released so easily. Ava informs him of the connection Jordan and her partners had with Cyrus in the past. Ava wonders what they can do to help keep Laura safe.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina and Jax discuss his “accident” and Charlotte

Nina explains that part of the reason she stayed with Valentin was because of Charlotte, as Jax feigns that his back hurts.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason and Sam meet for the last time

Jason tells Sam that they can never meet up again – this is the last time for the foreseeable future. Sam cries as she realizes they must be apart in order to one day be a family again.
