ABC General Hospital spoilers and recap for Monday, October 19, 2020, reveals Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) at the Port Charles, New York police department. Diane gives her advice on speaking with the detective.

General Hospital Spoilers  – Carly Corinthos Says Too Much To The Cops

The detective begins to question Carly about the night Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) died. The detective accuses Carly of murder, she denies it. Carly tells the detective she would never try to kill Nelle because it would be giving her what she wants. Diane reminds Carly that she’s not supposed to volunteer information. Diane warns Carly to keep quiet. Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) arrives to check on Carly. Carly thanks Jax for talking her into lying.

GH Spoilers – Nina Reeves Turns Down Valentin Cassadine

General Hospital’s Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) makes plans for Nelle’s service. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) joins Nina after Jasper is called away by the PCPD. Nina tells Valentin about the nurse who purchased a necklace. Nina refuses to let Valentin help because he likes to control things. Nina needs to do this on her own. Jacks gives Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) his version of what happened that night. Nina can trust Jacks, she can’t trust Valentin. Nina will be there for Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). Brook arrives and asks if Valentin has tried a black Russian. Brook says she might join Valentin in getting drunk. Nina goes to the police station and sees Jax with Carly.

General Hospital’s Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is disoriented and drops her purse. Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) offers to help. Sasha says Willow should hate her, Willow wants to have a drink with her. Sasha tells Willow about her problems at work. Sasha says losing Michael was so much harder than it seemed. Sasha and Willow talk about having another chance with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). Sasha tells Willow they shouldn’t do this again.

General Hospital’s Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is at the gym, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) offers to be his sparring partner. Chase tells Michael about the police investigation. Michael tells Chase he brother Willow’s heart. Michael blames Chase more than he does Sasha. Michael thought they were friends he guesses he was wrong. Michael and Chase talk about how close they had become. Michael says Chase was his best friend but not anymore. Michael punches Chase and then walks out. Sasha comes to the gym and speaks to Chase. Chase asks how Willow is.

General Hospital Spoilers  –  Alexis Davis Berates Sam McCall’s Relationship

General Hospital’s Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) shows up at Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) house, they need to talk. Sam makes it clear she knows Alexis is drinking again. Sam and Alexis argue about her drinking just as a bottle of vodka is delivered. Alexis tells Sam she can go. Alexis accuses Sam of being condescending. Alexis throws off on Sam and Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) relationship. Alexis tries to get Sam to drink with her. Alexis says that Sam’s relationship with Jason is an unhealthy addiction. Alexis says that the bottle doesn’t lie to her, use her, or victimize her. Alexis tells Sam to get off her back or get out. Sam tells Alexis she didn’t come there for a fight. Sam tells Alexis she isn’t going to feel good tomorrow. Sam can accept Alexis’ choices or leave. Sam leaves.

GH Spoilers – Brook LynnQuartermaine Storms Out After Confronting Ned Quartermaine

General Hospital’s Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) tells Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleston) that he slept with Alexis. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Briana Lane) overhears. Monica advises Ned to tell Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) the truth. Olivia sees Brook and asks who she is spying on.

Ned blames Brook for sleeping with Alexis. Brook tells Ned the next time he’s going to have to find someone else to blame. Olivia tells Ned and Monica that Dante is back home and living there.
