Welcome to your Thursday April 16th General Hospital recap – we begin our day at Violet’s he birthday party where Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) runs into his son Danny and wife Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Danny figures out he can’t see his dad due to Sam’s parole. Jason flashes back to their previous discussions about keeping the kids safe.

At General Hospital (GH) Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) finishes a call as his girlfriend Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) inquires about baby Wiley.

In the backyard of the birthday party, Willow Tait (Katelynn Macmullen) says how special Finn has made the party for his daughter. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) agrees as he flashes back to his marriage conversation with Sasha.

General Hospital Spoilers – Michael continues to fight for Wiley

At General Hospital (GH) Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) continues to fret about the custody fight with Nelle over Wiley. Sasha says that Nelle is a demon and Michael jokes they can use that as a defense. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) arrives

Carly flashes back to when Nelle told Michael that the baby had died.

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie continues to be upset about Liesl

In Anna’s living room, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) tells Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) that he needs to drop his vendetta against Peter.

Robert continues to say he only wants the best for her as he flashes back to telling Anna that Peter may be Alex’s son, not hers. Robert recalls all the uncomfortable confrontations he has had with Peter August (Wes Ramsey).

Peter says he needs to go to work as Maxie flashes back to all the poignant moments in their relationship.

General Hospital Spoilers – Chase worries about Willow’s mental health

As they walk in the park, Chase wonders aloud if maybe they should have skipped the birthday party. Willow insists she is fine and that she can handle herself. Willow continues to great about Wiley and flashes back to the latest fight she had with Nelle.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ava enjoys the party with Avery

Holding Avery’s hand, Ava Jerome (Maura West) sees Charlotte and they discuss ponies and horse rides. Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) takes Avery and Aiden to see the pinata while Ava and Liz catch up.

Ava says she never thought she would see the day that Franco would be a caring parental figure. Ava says Nikolas seems lonely, shes not sure how to deal with his sadness.
