ABC General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, in Port Charles, NY Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is at the PCPD when Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) arrives. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) arrives and asks if anyone is hurt.

General Hospital Spoilers  – Alexis Davis Chooses Jail Over Rehab

Diane is ranting about these phone calls. Alexis tells Diane she didn’t drive drunk. Diane tells Alexis how upset she is. Sam walks in as Alexis says she didn’t want to face her kids right now. Sam got a call saying Alexis had been arrested. Sam wants Alexis to be honest. Alexis says Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) drove her home. Alexis swears she didn’t drive drunk. No one believes Alexis.

Diane and Sam confront Alexis. Alexis has to go to rehab to get bail. Alexis refuses to go to rehab. Diane begs her to get help. Alexis asks if Diane is quitting on her. Alexis will not be bullied into going to rehab. Sam tells Alexis she can go to rehab or figure this out for herself. Alexis chooses to spend the night at the PCPD. Sam leaves wishing Alexis Merry Christmas. Alexis is locked up. Chase gets a call and tells Sam that Julian is dead.

GH Spoilers – Olivia Quatermaine Gets A Call About Julian Jerome

General Hospital Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) is telling Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) about Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) drinking. Olivia asks Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) if she got Alexis home. Ned and Olivia ask for details. Tracy gives them her story about Alexis. Olivia gets a call and leaves the room. Tracy tells Ned that Alexis got arrested.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) walks in and asks what is wrong. Olivia comes back and tells them Julian is dead. Olivia sends Dante to check on his brother. Olivia tells Ned they are lucky to have him. Dante tells Olivia that his brother is fine. Tracy tells Ned she knows about him and Alexis. Olivia asks what is going on, Ned says Tracy is trying to protect her. Dante checks on his brother. Ned tells Olivia about Alexis’ arrest. Ned declines the offer to go to Alexis. Dante calls his doctor again. Liesl says Dante’s new handler is on the way.

General Hospital Spoilers  – Franco Baldwin Is Questioned By The WSB

General Hospital Dante tries to call his doctor. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) has the phone and hangs up. Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) opens the door for Liesl who is stunned that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) plans to go home. Liesl asks if Dante is going to start treatment for the tumor. Franco doesn’t want to turn into someone evil. The WSB agents arrive to speak to Franco. Franco learns that the doctor is dead. Franco wants to know why they want to talk to him. The agents ask how the doctor was acting. Liesl says she spoke to the doctor briefly last night. Franco says this is insane. Liesl says this is the WSB’s concern. Liesl plans to go back and help Franco. Liesl can’t sit back and watch Franco die, she has to help him. Franco goes to check them in, Liesl will be in Port Charles soon and do all that she can to help Franco. Liesl tells Scott it is better to be her ally than to be her enemy.

GH Spoilers  – Robert Scorpio Gives Jackie Templeton An Update

General Hospital Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) checks messages and calls Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). Jackie asks if something is up with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Robert asks why Jackie would jump to that conclusion. Robert points out that Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) is in town. Jackie tells Robert that she and Gregory are separated. Robert says running away never solved anything. Robert fills Jackie in on what happened while she was gone. Jackie can hardly process everything she has missed. Jackie needs to get this piece in before she falls asleep. Robert tells Jackie that Finn is getting married next month. Jackie assures Robert that she is coming back to Port Charles.

General Hospital Spoilers – Hamilton Finn Tells Anna DeVane About His Affair With Jackie Templeton

General Hospital Finn wants to tell Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) the truth about his problems with his father. Finn tells Anna that Jackie was working on a story and they started having dinners together. Anna asks if that is all. Finn tells Anna how he and Jackie couldn’t be involved because of the story she was doing. Finn tells Anna that he slept with Jackie the night before the wedding. Finn says Jackie offered to call off the wedding. Finn didn’t speak to either of them for a year. Finn wanted to ask for his father’s forgiveness.

Finn says when he did go to the house Jackie was holding a baby boy. Anna asks if Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) could be Finn’s son. Finn says Jackie swore that Chase is Gregory’s. Finn didn’t push for a DNA test. Finn tells Anna that he let Gregory believe that he was mad over his marriage. Finn tells Anna he doesn’t believe he is Chase’s father. Finn says Chase is her brother. Anna thanks Finn for trusting her with this. Finn trusts Anna with his heart. Anna assures Finn that she still loves him. Anna thinks Finn should have a great relationship with his father.

General Hospital’s Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) arrives home and updates Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Carly and Jason head out to find Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Jason tells Carly everything that went down. Jason tells Carly about his arrest. Jason says he saw Sonny and Julian on the bridge right before it collapsed into the river. Carly asked if Sonny surfaced, Jason said not that he knew of. Jason tries to tell Carly the reality of what could have happened. Carly says Sonny is cold but alive. Jason and Carly arrive at the bridge to search for Sonny.
