General Hospital Spoilers and Rumors: Cyrus’ Wrath – Kidnaps Laura’s Mom Lesley For Revenge?

General Hospital spoilers tease that in Port Charles, NY Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) may decide to target Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) mother Lesley Webber (Denise Alexander) for kidnapping! General Hospital viewers will recall that Cyrus’ mother, Florence Grey (Annie Abbott) was recently “kidnapped” from her care home. Cyrus cannot get any real help from Laura, because she cannot get the information out of Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)!

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Is Taking Credit For The Kidnapping, But He Didn’t Do It

General Hospital viewers will recall that though Jason is taking credit for the kidnapping, he didn’t do it. It was Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) who came up with the plan to have Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) hack into the computers at Mountain Landing Care Home to arrange a “transfer”. Florence was moved from there into one of the Corinthos safe houses in Port Charles, with Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) taking care of her. Cyrus went to Laura first thing, and accused her of setting up the kidnapping, which she of course assured him she didn’t.

She had, however, given a lot of information to Carly so she headed straight to the Corinthos compound. Jason knows what Carly did, but chose to take credit for the “kidnapping” to protect Carly from reprisals from Cyrus. Laura knew Jason wouldn’t kidnap a frail old lady from a facility in another state but he wouldn’t rat Carly out.

Laura will likely make another visit to try to get the information out of Carly, but Jason strictly ordered her to not tell anyone anything different than what they agreed upon! Cyrus then went to Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) who also refused to help him find his mother! He doesn’t know that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has offered to help his brother Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) look for Florence, and Marty probably won’t let him in the loop! So Cyrus is running scared and he’s liable to do anything!

GH Spoilers – An Eye For An Eye?

Cyrus seems to have henchmen all around the world, and he likely has them in Italy, too, where Laura’s mother Lesley lives. Cyrus (Jeff Kober) is so stressed out – which is unusual for him – about Florence’s disappearance that he is a loose cannon! He will do anything, and that means, ANYTHING to rescue his mother and get her back into proper care!

Cyrus will become even more desperate as time goes on, and he will soon want revenge. Kidnapping TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) worked pretty well to get Jordan under his control – at first. More and more, he will blame Laura for the absence of Florence, and his paranoia will tell him that Laura is against him along with everyone else, probably including his brother!

Laura gave him a dressing down, telling Cyrus he had no one to blame except himself; and although Jordan told Cyrus she wouldn’t help him she did bring Jason into the PCPD and questioned him about Florence’s disappearance. However, with all the desperation and isolation that Cyrus is feeling, he will likely turn to his baser instincts and decide the best way to get his mother back is to have Laura’s mother kidnapped! Ultimately, it will be Carly who will have to take action to return Florence to Mountain Landing Care Home or confess her part in the scheme, possibly to Martin! But will Cyrus harm Lesley, or will the truth be revealed in time before he goes down that road? Time will tell, stay tuned!
