General Hospital spoilers tease that Dr Liesl O’Brecht (Kathleen Gati) and Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) seem to be moving forward with a new romance. This unlikely couple first began to have feelings for one another when Scott accidentally killed the man who was trying to give unwanted romantic attention to the Leisl. Leisl took control and covered up the crime which ended up being ruled a mugging.Scotty was in the clear.
General Hospital Spoilers – Dr Leisl O’Brecht And Scotty Baldwin Have Slowly Been Inching Toward A Romantic Relationship!
But since Leisl has returned to Port Charles, there haven’t been a lot of obstacles for the two except their own hesitation to get involved with anyone. But they both loved Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and his untimely murder broghy them closer together. But now that Scott may be making a pretty penny off the Quartermaine family, due to his involvement with Dr. Austin Holt (also Roger Howarth), he may draw the attention of a certain ex. One who also happened to use Franco’s mother.
GH Spoilers – Heather Weber Has Been Scarce Ever Since Franco Baldwin Died.
The problem with Heather Webber (Robin Mattson is it she lost her mind a long time ago due to an accidental overdose of LSD that she meant to give to someone else. Heather has had long periods of coherence since the overdose but her deviousness is always present, a permanent fixture of her personality. So there is no way to predict how she’s dealjng with Franco’s death, assuming she even knows about it.
General Hospital Spoilers – Heather Webber Is Also Apparently Quite Obsessed With Serial Killer Ryan Chamberlain.
Although Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) is pretty much trapped in his own body after being stabbed in prison, it hasn’t stopped him from getting fan mail that has to be read to him now. One such letter came from someone named Heather who said she was Ryan’s number one fan. That may not be exactly true since Ryan tried to frame Franco during his last murders spree but that may just the way Heather’s mind works. But what can we expect if she comes back now?
GH Spoilers – What Will Happen When Heather Webber Meets Dr. Leisl O’Brecht?
With Scott currently involved with Dr O’Brecht, Heather may find herself against an adversary that she can’t beat. Leisl is just as crafty and devious as Heather, but she has the benefit of not being insane. The only issue might happen is if Heather decides to go back to her tried and true method of dealing with her enemies. If Heather decides to dose Leisl with LSD, that would really be the only way that Heather would have an advantage.

Absolutely Not!! These writers are bringing back so many past characters when sooooo many of the main characters have been extremely under utilized!! You kill off characters we care about like Julian, Franco, Lulu and bring people that No one cares about!! Just some of the reasons fans have stopped watching.

No not this year nor any time soon unless she will aid in ending some of the story lines already on canvas. Leave Scott/Liesel alone, viewers don't even see them together or apart that much to even create a story line about someone trying to separate them. Isn't the situation between Nik and Ava serving the same purpose?? I don't care for the pairing, yet another story line at this time dedicated to hatred of two characters being together is useless.

No I dont want to see Heather back unless the do the stupid thing and bring Peter back from the dead, Then they can bring Heather back to get rid of Peter for good for killing Franco.
If writers would take your method of getting rid of Peter for good, then bring Heather back so no other character will have to take the blame for Peter's death (that is if he really is dead). He should be, but the Peter character has escaped all of his misdeeds, so why not death??
No. No. No!! Been there, done that. Enough with Heather Webber. There is no reason to bring her back, Franco is dead and she is insane. And the ridiculous storyline that a criminal in a maximum security prison can escape and function in a town that knows her, is crazy. Do the writers expect us to believe this can happen??
