General Hospital spoilers tease that Dr Liesl O’Brecht (Kathleen Gati) and Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) seem to be moving forward with a new romance. This unlikely couple first began to have feelings for one another when Scott accidentally killed the man who was trying to give unwanted romantic attention to the Leisl. Leisl took control and covered up the crime which ended up being ruled a mugging.Scotty was in the clear.

But since Leisl has returned to Port Charles, there haven’t been a lot of obstacles for the two except their own hesitation to get involved with anyone. But they both loved Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and his untimely murder broghy them closer together. But now that Scott may be making a pretty penny off the Quartermaine family, due to his involvement with Dr. Austin Holt (also Roger Howarth), he may draw the attention of a certain ex. One who also happened to use Franco’s mother.

The problem with Heather Webber (Robin Mattson is it she lost her mind a long time ago due to an accidental overdose of LSD that she meant to give to someone else. Heather has had long periods of coherence since the overdose but her deviousness is always present, a permanent fixture of her personality. So there is no way to predict how she’s dealjng with Franco’s death, assuming she even knows about it.

Although Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) is pretty much trapped in his own body after being stabbed in prison, it hasn’t stopped him from getting fan mail that has to be read to him now. One such letter came from someone named Heather who said she was Ryan’s number one fan. That may not be exactly true since Ryan tried to frame Franco during his last murders spree but that may just the way Heather’s mind works. But what can we expect if she comes back now?

With Scott currently involved with Dr O’Brecht, Heather may find herself against an adversary that she can’t beat. Leisl is just as crafty and devious as Heather, but she has the benefit of not being insane. The only issue might happen is if Heather decides to go back to her tried and true method of dealing with her enemies. If Heather decides to dose Leisl with LSD, that would really be the only way that Heather would have an advantage.
