General Hospital Spoilers and Rumors: Helena Cassadine 'Rises From The Grave' & Returns To PC When New 'GH' Episodes Air?ABC General Hospital spoilers and updates suggest that it’s quite possible that Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) may not, in fact, be dead. GH fans know that if true, a return to Port Charles by this exquisite GH villainess could set multiple people on a path of panic and mayhem!

General Hospital Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine Goes For Blood

One of the most anticipated outcomes of a return to Port Charles by Helena Cassadine would be the fact that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) would be out for blood. That’s because GH fans know that not long ago, Valentin discovered through a DNA test that he really isn’t a Cassadine at all. Helena lied to Valentin for his entire life, sent him away and treated him as a pariah, and otherwise let him know how little value she placed on his life and her relationship with him. Valentin was utterly forgotten by Helena.

Helena is true, the source of all Valentin’s desires to prove himself, to show everyone why he carries a grudge, to make everyone understand that Helena deeply wronged him. Should Helena return, GH viewers can bet their boots Valentin will seek revenge.

GH Spoilers – Helena Cassadine Holds The Secret

Be that as it may, Helena Cassadine holds the secret to who Valentin’s real father happens to be. (No, it isn’t Darth Vader.) Knowing this, before Valentin attempts revenge, some GH fans believe he will try to force the truth of his heritage from her. While some GH viewers believe it could be possible that Helena slept with Edward Quartermaine (John Ingle), and thus Valentin could actually be a Quartermaine, this theory could be proven false. If that’s the case, then some believe the truth of Valentin’s parentage could be even more shocking than anyone currently conceives.

Moreover, because it’s well known that Helena used to be terrified of Valentin, she could actually use her knowledge of who his father really is against him and to keep herself safe. For example, Helena could dangle this information like a carrot in front of Valentin’s face. If Valentin wants to really know who his daddy is, he’ll have to play the game by her rules.

Valentin isn’t the only one who may be knocked for a loop if Helena returns. His erstwhile enemy, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) may not be too happy at her return either. That’s because some GH fans suspect that Nikolas was trying to murder Helena slowly through poison at one point. In fact, some reports indicate that many GH viewers believe Helena played along with Nikolas’s incompetent attempt to murder her. She allowed Nikolas to believe he was successful, and thus she only pretended to die.

If that’s the case, Helena may return in force and it could be that she’s looking to take the ultimate revenge against her grandson.

The bottom line is that a return by Helena could open up a vast quantity of more interesting storylines than what GH has offered of late. Certainly, GH fans might be more interested in a return by Helena than in any more wearisome baby swap plots and child custody battles!

      No…that story line is so boring and predictable…you need new writers.

      No. I do not think that it is necessary to have Helena come back. I think that Valentin can find out the answers that he needs on his own or he can get help from Peter. I think that it would be more interesting for Peter and Molly to start to put together the history of the Cassadine family and Helena for the Invader. They could look into Helena’s past and help Valentin find out who his father is. They can also help Alexis to find out more about her mother, father, and her special watch. It could be an on going story for the Invader to run.

      Helena in the flesh wouldn’t surprise me at all after all she never dies she just fades away from time time. Helena is needed in the flesh to settle the Valentine’s father story line, if she will tell the truth. Helena can take Nelle’s place as the female villain as she does a much better job at the role and brings interest to what ever story line in which she is involved. Want her back but only in the flesh.
