General Hospital Spoilers and Rumors: Jackie In Danger From Cyrus – Robert Steps In To Protect Her?

ABC General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) will be making her dramatic re-entry in Port Charles very soon. It’s been a very long time since the reporter lived in Port Charles and but one thing that will likely not change is she will likely drive her old flame, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) insane. As viewers know, Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) is looking for a big name reporter to help get the word out about Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) criminal activities.

General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Won’t Be Pleased

Cyrus certainly won’t be happy with Jackie’s investigation. He won’t want his criminal activities exposed once again after he worked so hard to appear to be on the straight and narrow. It would ruin everything that Cyrus has been working toward to be outed once again as a criminal. Lulu hasn’t been very successful with her own investigation. She knows how dangerous Cyrus is, and his interest in Lulu’s mother, Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is creepy. She’s not so worried about sharing a bi-line as she is about taking Cyrus down.

And that’s where Jackie will come in. She has made a name for herself as a hard-hitting journalist during her years away from Port Charles. She will have access to resources that just aren’t available to Lulu yet at this point in her career. Jackie will likely make headway very quickly and it won’t go unnoticed by Cyrus, Robert and Jackie were a couple of decades ago and once Robert gets wind of Jackie getting herself hot water, he’ll want to protect her. If Jackie is as stubborn as she was years ago, she will argue that she doesn’t need protection and that she can take care of herself.

General Hospital Spoilers – Robert Scorpio And Jackie Jackie Templeton Will Find Themselves In Close Quarters

Whether either of them likes it or not, look for Jackie and Robert to in each other’s orbit. Their relationship ended badly, so Jackie may initially not want anything to do with Robert. But it seems likely that as they are together more and as danger reminds them of their past, Jackie will soften toward Robert. Could they rekindle their old flame now that Holly Scorpio (Emma Samms) is presumed dead? Viewers know that Holly is alive and being held captive somewhere but for now, Robert will believe Holly is dead and gone. Jackie might be exactly what he needs in his life right now. But who knows what will happen once Holly is finally revealed to be alive. But at least for now, we should see Robert and Jackie inching closer to each other as they work to take Cyrus down once and for all!
