General Hospital spoilers tease that the Novak crime family is trying to bust its way into Port Charles. Their bold moves have forced Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) to get married in order to consolidate their power within the Corinthos organization. With Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) presumed dead, the Novak’s thought they could assert their power and take over.

The Novak and the Corinthos crime families have mostly coexisted rather peacefully throughout the years. They certainly haven’t made moves like trying to openly recruit Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) to come to their side. If Jason hadn’t intervened, they would have forced the issue. All these power moves seem to indicate that there might be somebody new in charge.

As viewers may remember, several months ago, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) was presumed dead but is actually still being held hostage by an unknown party. This definitely seems like something that Jerry would do especially if he wants to have leverage over Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) once he starts making some big moves.

Several years ago, many Port Charles residents we’re taking hostage in the lobby of the Metro Court. For several days the leader taunted the hostages and Incredibly cruel ways. He got away but his returns many times over the years with various crimes committed each time.

Jerry Jacks once poisoned the water supply of all of Port Charles. He demanded a ransom for the cure, but eventually his plans were thwarted and everyone was saved. But the point is Jerry does not do things small so if he is returning to port Charles as the new head of the Novak crime family it means that he has big plans for all of Port Charles.
