ABC General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal Lorenzo Alcazar (Ted King) has been presumed dead for over a decade. However, a man who suspiciously looked like his twin arrived in Landview, PA. going by the name Tomas Delgado (Ted King) a few years back. Could Lorenzo return home and reveal his life as Tomas?

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Killed Lorenzo Alcazar Or Did He?

General Hospital’s Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) agreed to take out Lorenzo in May 2007. Jason’s adopted sister, Skye Chandler Quartermaine (Robin Christopher) was in a relationship with Lorenzo. Skye had a child with Lorenzo and he had kidnapped their daughter to force Skye to move out of the country with him.

Skye turned to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason for help. Jason received a call to come to Lorenzo’s house to take him out. Lorenzo supposedly landed in the river when Jason threw his body off the bridge at Blackstone Canyon. However, could Alcazar have been saved?

GH Spoilers  -Tomas Delgado

One Life To Live’s Tomas was a dead ringer for Lorenzo and of course his brother Luis Alcazar (Ted King). Lorenzo and Luis were both international arms dealers and had connections to the CIA. Tomas was also a CIA agent as well. However, Tomas had left the CIA years before only to be called back to duty the day before his wedding to Blair Cramer. Tomas eventually arrested for the murder of Victor Lord Jr. (Trevor St. John) after being framed by Todd Manning (Roger Howarth). However, Tomas was not seen on One Life To Live until after Lorenzo was killed at General Hospital.

General Hospital Spoilers – The Search For The Truth

Once Blair’s engagement with Tomas was announced, Todd was determined to stop the wedding. The day before the wedding, Todd shows up in Landview with Skye and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Both Skye and Carly attempted to convince Blair that her boyfriend was not Tomas but was Lorenzo. Blair called Tomas to ask him to stop by his sister’s house on the way home. However, Skye grabs the phone and calls Tomas Lorenzo. Blair grabs the phone back but he has hung up the phone.

Eventually, someone rings the doorbell but it’s not Tomas. A CIA agent comes to the door and tells Blair the wedding is canceled because Tomas got called out on a case. Blair argues saying Tomas left the organization. Since Tomas wasn’t coming home, the three ladies decide to go find Tomas themselves to get the answers they need.

Is Tomas actually Lorenzo? Could Lorenzo have survived being shot by Jason and thrown off a bridge? With the cancelation of OLTL will we ever know the truth about this mystery? Could Lorenzo be working with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) to take down Sonny and Jason?
