General Hospital Spoilers and Rumors: Nina Wants Custody Of Wiley When She Finds Out He Is Her Grandson?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that in Port Charles, NY Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) may try to get at least joint custody of Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theodore Olson) if and when she finds out he is her grandson!

General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Wants Jasper Jacks To Keep A Big Secret From Nina Reeves

General Hospital viewers will recall that it has only been very recently that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) put two and two together and seeing Nina’s half and Nelle Benson Jerome’s (Chloe Lanier) half of the split heart necklace on Avery Corinthos-Jerome (Ava and Grace Scarola) realized Nelle was Nina’s daughter.

Nina had been almost ready to give up looking for her daughter when she realized there was no way to trace her when all the information she had was she was given to a couple in a black car in Northern Florida, necklace or not. Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) had encouraged Nina to keep looking and not to give up, and later he left for Carly’s house when she called him, leaving Nina sitting at a table in the Metro Court. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) saw her sitting there alone, obviously feeling defeated and she told him the same thing—how could they trace her daughter any further with so little information?

He encouraged her also to not give up although he did seem a little taken aback when she mentioned “North Florida”. However, he would never have told her to keep looking if he connected “North Florida” to Nelle since Nelle is presumed dead and Nina took care of the burial! But as Valentin tried to comfort Nina, Jax was in for a big shock over at Carly’s!

She showed him the necklace Avery found and told him the story, and tried to get him to keep secret from Nina that Nelle was her daughter! Jax did not want to lie to Nina, but Carly did make a valid point that Nina would only suffer even more pain than she had by finding out Nelle was her daughter, and Nelle is dead – or presumed dead!

GH Spoilers – What Could Happen If And When Nina Reeves Finds Out Nelle Benson Was Her Daughter?

Considering Nelle does appear for all intents and purposes to be dead and buried, what could happen if and when Nina finds out she was her daughter? Nina does appear to be a much stronger woman than she once was a few years ago when she induced labor in Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and kidnapped Avery as a baby and ran off to Canada, with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) hot on her heels!

It’s possible finding out her long-lost daughter was Nelle could put her off the rails and she could kidnap Wiley as all she has left of her daughter, but it’s doubtful. She would be much more inclined to push for joint custody as his maternal grandmother. However, how would Michael and Carly react to that request? Carly told Jax she didn’t want to cause Nina any more pain by her finding out a deceased Nelle was her daughter but is she really worried she might snatch Wiley?

The two women are friendly now, but look how Carly reacted when she found out Nina was giving Nelle a decent burial! Carly was the one who temporarily went off the rails then, and knocked Nelle’s gravestone earlier as she hallucinated Nelle trying to grab her and pull her down into her grave! Michael may be more of a voice of reason, but he would also remember Nina in her crazy days when she first came to Port Charles and could worry she may return to that type of behavior as well!
