General Hospital Spoilers and Rumors: Sonny And Sam Learn Lila Is Alive?

General Hospital: Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) are in for a big surprise in upcoming episodes of GH. They’ll find out the baby they lost, Lila McCall (uncast infant) is still alive and wasn’t stillborn after all, just stolen!

General Hospital Spoilers – Lila McCall Morgan Was Stillborn-Supposedly

Sam was having an affair with Sonny when Lila was conceived, and when it came close to the time for the birth Kristina Corinthos-Davis (now Lexi Ainsworth) had leukemia. Sam and Kristina’s mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) had pushed Sam to donate stem cells from Lila’s umbilical cord in order to save Kristina. Sam would have to have early labor induced and she refused, fearing her baby would be harmed.

During the confrontation with her mother, Sam went into early labor with placental abruption, the same thing that happened to Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson). Sam, like Sasha, had an emergency caesarian section but her doctors told her the baby was stillborn.

GH Spoilers – Jason Morgan Was Going To Adopt The Baby

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was going to adopt the baby and then marry Sam after Sonny broke it off with Sam and went back to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). They buried a baby – that they were told was Sam’s stillborn, and Jason was the only one to ever hold and look at her. He said that she had Sam’s face and dark curly hair like Sonny, and the baby was buried as Baby McCall. Of course, now Jason is dead and he would not be able to verify if the girl claimed to be an eighteen-year-old Lila might be her or not! Lila would now be eighteen years old, close to the same age as Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).

General Hospital Spoilers – Lila McCall Was Born At GH

Sam’s caesarian section where Lila was said to have been stillborn from the placental abruption happened at General Hospital, and one wouldn’t have thought a stolen preemie could have happened! Yet, this is the same hospital where Jake Webber’s (Hudson West) kidney was said to have been transplanted into Josslyn! It was revealed many years later that Jake was kidnapped by Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) and that Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) was the unwilling kidney donor!

Could Helena have kidnapped Sam’s baby too, since she was a Cassadine by birth then put her up for adoption? Perhaps Helena was trying to get Stavros Cassadine (Robert Kelker-Kelly) a child much sooner than when she had Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain) created, but then changed her mind!

GH Spoilers – Lila McCall Finds Sam McCall And Sonny Corinthos

It makes sense that Lila perhaps was put up for adoption, or maybe sold, to someone who desperately wanted a baby girl. She would have spent some time in the neonatal unit until she was old enough and healthy enough for the parents to have taken possession of her. Neither Sam nor Sonny have any clue that Lila survived and was stolen, so likely she finds one or both looking for her birth parents. Lila will come with paperwork proving she is the baby they thought had died, and it will be a shock to both of them indeed!
