General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is alive, if not so well, after being held in a foreign prison for the last two years. A leaked script has someone referred to as

being the one responsible for Drew Cain’s incarceration. General Hospital viewers know that with Shiloh Archer, (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) Helena Cassadine, (Constance Towers) and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) all dead “The Boss” has to be someone else. Could it be Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roche)?

General Hospital Spoilers And Rumors – Jerry Jacks Was Involved Holding Robin Scorpio-Drake Hostage

Longtime General Hospital viewers will recall that Jerry Jacks was involved holding Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough) hostage, when Drew was in stasis in Helena Cassadine’s lab. Robin’s lab at General Hospital had been blown up and Robin presumed dead, but the explosion had only been a diversion in order for her to be spirited away to Cassadine Island.

There, Helena and Jerry were working together. Stavros Cassadine (Robert Kelker-Kelly) was also in stasis and Robin was being held hostage and forced to develop a protocol to bring Stavros back to life. But during the time she was there, Robin discovered Drew and had naturally believed he was Jason.

This was before she broke him out of the lab and they fled to Port Charles and he was hit by Ava Jerome (Maura West) with her car, disfiguring his face and damaging his vocal cords. Drew also suffered amnesia and never did get his full memories back. Everyone, as General Hospital viewers will recall, thought he was Jason when he started getting some memory flashes back, but they weren’t Drew’s memories, they were some limited memories of Jason’s since the memory transfer experiment had partially worked – Jason’s brain didn’t accept Drew’s memories however and there was a control chip of some sort that Dr. Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) had discovered and removed from Drew’s brain. This was probably part of Helena’s efforts to make him into her “toy soldier” as was later revealed.

General Hospital Spoilers And Rumors – Drew Cain’s Plane Crashed In The Gulf Of Aden

General Hospital recaps show that Drew had retrieved some dirty money from the car that he had given his late son Oscar Nero (Garren Lake Stitt) that Oscar, in turn had willed to Cameron Webber (William Lipton).

Drew was on his way to Afghanistan to return the money to the rightful owners when his plane was hijacked and crashed in the Gulf of Aden, between East Africa and Western Asia, and has been presumed dead ever since. A leaked script showed Drew revealed to be in a foreign prison of some sort, not a lab this time, but reminiscent of when Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan) was held in a Turkish prison for years and presumed dead, Drew is on his knees, handcuffed, and obviously having suffered a beating.

This appears to be the reveal of Drew’s being alive. A guard is talking to him, and describing how “The Boss” plucked him out of the ocean and has a long reach, having gone to a lot of trouble to extract him from his life. Peter August had arranged for the hijacking and the plane crash, but it sounds like the person who Peter had called, whose identity has never been revealed is “The Boss”.

The guard threatens that “The Boss” would kill anyone who was snooping around looking for Drew, if indeed anyone did still think Drew may have survived! Considering Jerry Jacks was so involved with Helena Cassadine and her experiments years ago, it seems reasonable to assume that he might be “The Boss” who is holding Drew Cain!
