General Hospital spoilers tease that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) just faced an impossible choice. After a bomb threat at the PCPD, an unknown person left a surprise package for the cops.
Whoever it was managed to avoid detection by camera, but the contents of the box should prove invaluable to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Apparently, someone fished out the gun that Alexis threw into the river.
General Hospital Spoilers – Alexis Davis Will Go Free!
Alexis should go free once it’s proven that the gun did not kill FBI Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington). The gun also had residue consisting of what would be on it had it been in the river for several weeks.
Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) told Dante all of this information, but later asked Dante to keep it to himself since Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) didn’t want the evidence made public just yet. But what is Anna’s reason?
GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Was About To Confess To Murder!
The person who really killed Cates is Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard). Sonny vowed that he wouldn’t Alexis go to prison for a crime he committed so he planned to confess in order to set Alexis free.
He told Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) of his plans. Not wanting Sonny to confess, Kristina contacted Dante and told him what their father was about to do.
Dante wrestled with his feelings but after a brief discussion with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), Dante made a decision.
General Hospital Spoilers – Dante Falconeri Chose Sonny Corinthos
Rather than let Sonny confess needlessly, Dante showed up at the police station just in time to keep Sonny from spilling his guts. Since the gun would be enough evidence to free Alexis, Dante couldn’t let his father confess even though he was guilty.
While Dex could be in trouble for telling Dante, the real person Anna will take issue with is certainly Dante himself. Anna has been waiting a long time to put Sonny away, and now Dante has ruined her chances of doing just that. Look for Dante to most likely lose his job over this decision

They are really making g me not like Anna… can you say major hypocrite!!!!!!
Can we fire the writers and get new ones? These storylines are horrible. Anna and Laura hating on sonny are hypocrites. Everything is off about the soap opera. What in the world! that Jason/anna kiss, hello! Not cool! Over it! Just completely over it! I have been watching since is 7, way back, and this is a complete mess! IMO

Anna seems to forget that Jason knows she allowed Val to get away. At least Sonny is Dante’s family. What’s her excuse? This writing is almost criminal.
Anna needs to get over herself. She is no angel herself and she should have gone off with Valentine. Leave Sonny alone. The writers should never have had him shoot Cates! They should have had someone poison him!
I am sick of Anna. She did worse than that with Valentine. Get rid of her please!

Maybe Anna should fire herself for helping Valetine its alright for her to help her criminal boyfriend but wrong for Dante to help his dad what a hypocrite
So, Anna Fires dante for closing his dad sonny over his job mean while anna chose to protect valentine when she found out he was the boss & was working Pikeman. Valentine was also, switching sonny bipolar meds at the time Anna also found out that news as well. Anna chose to protect him even then. Anna sucha a Hypocrite.
Anna let’s anything slide for those she cares about. Like she did warn Valentine the feds & cops would be coming for him even had Jason help cover it all up. So if Dante wanted to be there to warn his dad so what but he really never said a word he just showed up the real news broke when Martin came in pcpd asking why he hadn’t been told of evidence Sonny heard it all while standing there. Dante just was there to find out what was going on too. He shouldn’t loose his job over it.

Duke Lavery. Valentin wasn’t Anna’s first choice of questionable men that she threw all caution, common sense and law bending for. Don’t forget, her and Robert’s marriage ended because he suspected her of being a double agent. That’s why Robin was sent to her grandmother Philomena.
