Carly Spencer Convinced Jack Brennan To Bring Valentin Stateside
Unbeknownst to Jack Brennan, (Chris L. McKenna) Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has been visiting Valentin in Steinmauer, and the two have teamed up to get revenge on Jack. Both Valentin and Carly have had daughters who have been endangered by Jack, either directly or indirectly.
In Carly’s case, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) was groomed and drafted into being a WSB agent, and in Valentin’s, Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) could have been killed by Jack’s rogue assistant!
But Jack had shared with Carly that Valentin hadn’t given him all the intel that he wanted, demanding Charlotte make more visits-Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) declined.
That’s when Carly suggested that Jack have Valentin moved from Steinmauer, in Switzerland, to stateside-more than likely, the closest prison, which is Pentonville.

Who Might Have Chloroformed Anna?
This brings us to the question of who might have chloroformed Anna, quite possibly kidnapping her because she’s gotten too close to a well-guarded secret.
Valentin did disclose that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) were involved with Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) last project.
And before the latest weekly GH video preview showed Anna being chloroformed, she told Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) she needed to find out if Faison was still alive!
Anna has been suspicious in spite of seeing and confronting Faison’s corpse herself-because she has seen too many dead people resurrected, especially Cassadines.

Faison was closely connected to Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) who perfected the stasis technology which was used on her son Stavros Cassadine (Robert Kelker Kelly) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Carly Updates Valentin The Day After Anna’s Danger
Carly updates Valentin the day after Anna’s danger, so whoever chloroformed her-be it Sidwell, or a henchman, or even Faison himself; after all, we still don’t know who “C” is!
A familiar face arrives in town the same day that Anna is likely kidnapped-so it makes sense that Valentin would be the one to rescue her.
Valentin knows all the players in Faison’s final project-who they are, where they are, and even “if they are”-alive that is!
Valentin still loves Anna, even though Brennan has interfered between them, not allowing Anna to visit him in Steinmauer to ask questions herself when she asked. So naturally, Valentin will be the one to ride to her rescue, even though he escapes in the process so he can!
