General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will have to defend herself in a life or death battle but you won’t believe who it’s with!

Anna herself won’t believe it at first, although she will find herself not really being surprised as this person has come back from presumed deaths several times before.

Masks, Faked Deaths And Disappearances-Anna’s Seen It All

Masks, faked deaths, and disappearances, Anna’s seen it all-including FBI blackmail of people presumed dead, only to turn up later, alive-ala Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)!

Jason would actually come in handy for Anna when confronted by this face from her past, but he’s too busy protecting another presumed dead person-Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud)!

Port Charles is shocked seeing Britt alive, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) caught off guard.

Britt’s own mother didn’t expect this to happen-Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) didn’t even know, she thought she’d buried her daughter-and Anna believes her.

But Britt being alive doesn’t even come close to the shock of who’s tracked her down looking for her, and finding Anna!

Who Are You And What Do You Want?!

Anna’s certainly shocked when she’s confronted with an attacker who cannot possibly be alive-Britt’s story is more understandable, she knew she’d die and didn’t want her mother to see it.

Liesl thought Britt was dead, she died in her arms after saving Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) from the Hook, later found to be Heather Webber (Alley Mills).

She checked for a pulse-she couldn’t find one, but it’s even more unbelievable for Anna to see who is standing before her, demanding that she go with him or die!

“WHO ARE YOU, AND WHAT DO YOU WANT!?” Anna demands to what she thinks must be someone in a mask made to look like Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).

Still, in the back of her mind is a question that demands answers-if this is Faison, then exactly whose brain DOES sit in a jar of formaldehyde?

Faison Returned To Claim His Family, And Including Anna And Emma?

Anna is in a life or death standoff with a man who looks and sounds exactly like Faison, and saying he’s returned to claim his family-including Britt, Anna, and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner)!

Faison, or whoever has made himself look and sound exactly like him has a gun on Anna, having gotten the advantage over her through the shock value.

Shockingly, he even knows about his grandchildren, James West (Gary James Fuller) and Bailey Lou Jones (Miley and Riley Plonski), although Anna’s not sure how.

He also wants revenge for Anna leaving his oldest son Heinrich Faison aka Peter August (Wes Ramsey) to die in Europe; he knows the whole story-can Anna defeat the doppelganger?
