General Hospital Spoilers: Will Rocco Be the Hero? The Shocking Twist That Could Save Britt and Thwart Anna's Trap!

General Hospital spoilers and updates indicate that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) might once again rescue Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) from a dire situation.

Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) perilous mission is seemingly about to commence, but Rocco’s involvement could lead to a shift in her plans.

Anna Continues Being Haunted By The Hallucinations Of Peter August

Viewers of GH are well aware that the hallucinations of Peter August (Wes Ramsey) have been a driving force behind Anna’s quest for revenge.

Despite Anna’s attempts to resist the lethal influence of ‘Peter,’ he relentlessly urges her to eliminate Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) daughter, Britt.

Anna holds Britt accountable for her involvement in Faison’s final scheme, yet Britt will challenge her to discover a sense of compassion.

In the episode airing on August 10, Britt will reach her breaking point, insisting that Anna should feel sympathy for her given all that she has endured; Britt never intended to become embroiled in the corrupt affairs of the WSB.

But she was manipulated by Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) who exploited her fabricated Huntington’s diagnosis and the bogus experimental treatments that followed.

Britt Wants To Move Forward, But Anna Won’t Let Her

While Britt yearns to move forward with her life, Anna remains determined to keep her in her sights. Still haunted by her own traumatic experiences, Anna will continue to receive more of ‘Peter’s’ sinister commands to eliminate Britt.

It seems that ‘Peter’ might finally persuade Anna to take decisive action, as she sets a trap in the episode scheduled for August 13.

Following Britt’s explosive outburst, ‘Peter’ could interpret this as a sign that she lacks genuine remorse and thus deserves to face consequences. Consequently, Anna may proceed with her plan, gearing up to erase Britt from existence.

Rocco To The Rescue?

Just when it seems that Anna is on the verge of taking lethal action, Rocco might unexpectedly show up and thwart her plans.

This twist occurs in the episode airing on August 13, where Britt will actively seek out Rocco for a significant conversation.

Since their time on the run together, Rocco and Britt have not had much communication, making this reunion all the more important.

Britt will be eager to reconnect and assist Rocco in processing the whirlwind of events that have transpired-this encounter could lead to some heartfelt moments of reconnection between Britt and Rocco.  

Anna is left to postpone her deadly schemes; however, General Hospital spoilers indicate that Britt will still be in peril as Anna’s lethal plot unfolds.
