General Hospital Spoilers: April Preview Shockers – Port Charles Drama Gets Even Hotter

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that April will bring some shocking moments for multiple Port Charles residents. Let’s discuss a preview of the action that’s coming up this month and which characters will be affected.

Now that we know “Nathan West” is actually Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), that’ll be important to his story moving forward. Cassius will struggle to keep up the Nathan ruse while handling Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) risky demands.

Of course, Cassius will also have to keep lying to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and hiding Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) trail.

Speaking of Rocco, GH fans know he’s not the greatest liar in the world. Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) may pressure Rocco to spill whatever he’s hiding after one too many guilty looks.

If Charlotte discovers Rocco is the one who shot Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), she’ll have to decide whether she’s willing to keep that news from Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn).

Rocco might also make Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) his confidant at some point. Britt may figure out Rocco’s secret and gently pry an admission out of him behind closed doors.

Whatever the case, Britt may ultimately realize the depth of Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) sacrifice and love him even more for it.

Britt may also make it her responsibility to protect Rocco from Cullum, who’ll surely be on the hunt for the real shooter no matter what he tells the police and the WSB!

While Sidwell continues to target Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for payback, Sonny will make another pact with ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor).

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will also strengthen their bond while Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) savor a sizzling night alone.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will also agree on something, so we’ll see if that involves a hideout switch or some other aspect of their alliance.

Since Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is gearing up for the reopening of Charlie’s Pub, that seems like an event that could come with some surprising twists and turns.

As for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), their love for Baby Phoebe will grow even stronger if they successfully become her foster parents.

Are Chase and Brook Lynn setting themselves up for heartbreak by getting so attached to this little one?

On another note, Nathan Dean will reprise his role as Ethan Lovett this April, so fans will be eager to see the reasons for Ethan’s return.
