General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Makes A Shocking Discovery

General Hosptial (GH) spoilers tease that after overhearing how valuable the infamous portrait of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) might be, Ava Jerome will take it upon herself to find out just why.

Ava overheard Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) discussing with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that he wonders if the portrait of Helena could have been more valuable than he thought. Valentin threw the portrait out, where Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) found it and took it to Ava where she bought it from Dev for $100.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome checked with Trina Robinson

Ava wanted to make sure that the portrait is legally hers now, so she contacted Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) to verify that Dev found the portrait in the trash. Now armed with the knowledge that the painting is truly hers, look for Ava to take the next steps and get it appraised. But all that may have to wait because the man who has been stalking Ava just unmasked the man who has been stalking her. To Ava’s shock, the man revealed himself to be Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma)!

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine is also probably looking for the codicil!

More than likely, Nikolas has been Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) and Jasper Jacks’ (Ingo Rademacher) silent partner in the hunt to locate the codicil to Mikkos Cassadine’s will that would effectively disinherit Valentin and restore Nikolas as the Cassadine heir. It’s unclear at the moment if he knows about Helena’s portrait most likely containing the codicil itself. He will have plenty of explaining to do in the coming days, not only to Ava but also to Laura Collins (Genie Francis).

In the meantime, look for Ava to take the time to inspect Helena’s portrait more thoroughly. With both her knowledge or art and the artist himself, there is a very good chance that Ava may very well locate the document that half of Port Charles is searching for! But the question becomes, what will Ava do with it?
