Ava knows Sidwell is a dangerous man, but she’s still attracted to him and isn’t scared of what he might do to her at this point.
However, Ava doesn’t have a firm grasp on all the terrible secrets Sidwell is keeping under wraps. That could change now that Ava is growing closer to Sidwell and spending more time at the castle.
Ava was taken aback when she caught “Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) during their latest Wyndemere visit.
Sidwell didn’t go into the full story, but he did admit Britt was working on a project for him and acted like that’s why “Nathan” brought her over. Ava accepted that explanation and eventually shared a tender moment with Sidwell in GH’s April 8 episode.
That’s also when Sidwell pointed out that he enjoyed being able to confide in Ava and that he’d shared more than he normally would with her. Sidwell urged Ava not to make him regret that decision, so Ava surely doesn’t intend to.
Even so, Ava may soon find herself in possession of knowledge that affects someone she cares about. There may be more weird “Nathan” hints ahead that start to unsettle Ava.

Perhaps Ava could ultimately eavesdrop and get the news that “Nathan” isn’t the real deal. Ava might get a shock if she finds out there’s another Faison child and that he’s the one who’s taken over Nathan’s life.
Ava might hear all about Cassius and how he’s been posing as his twin brother all this time. Part of Ava might want to tell Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that she’s been tricked, especially since this affects James West (Gary James Fuller), too.
Sidwell might sense trouble if Ava questions him and warn that her betrayal wouldn’t be wise.
Besides, Sidwell may wonder if Ava really wants to be responsible for yanking “Nathan” away from all the loved ones who are so delighted over the reunion. If Ava comes clean, it could lead to heartbreak for so many people.
Ava may consider how upset she’d be if she somehow miraculously got Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) back and then learned she was a phony. It could lead to Ava deciding to hide Cassius’ secret, even if that means letting Nina and everyone else believe a huge lie.
