Bringing Drew back might make Sam realize that her relationship with Jason will never get further than where it is right now.

While there was some speculation that Billy Miller was looking to make the jump from General Hospital back to The Young and the Restless, that never happened. In fact, many daytime television fans are surprised that Billy has managed to stay under the radar for several long months now. What makes things even more frustrating for fans is that Billy is not on social media, which means they have no way of contacting him or connecting with their favorite actor.
